Lately when trying to browse the BigSoccer forums on my phone I'm getting redirected to some scam site trying to get me to install an "update". This is what I get redirected to once the page loads when I click on any thread: http://i.imgur.com/JRLZyLf.png I usually use Chrome, but it also happened when I tested it on the stock Android Browser. Hasn't happened on any other websites. I cleared the cache and history but it keeps happening. Has anyone else had this issue?
happens to me also, bigsoccer is unusable on my phone. When I visited using my laptop trojan alarm bells went off.
I'm fairly consistently getting the same thing (Android phone with stock browser) along with an occasional scary-looking phishing warning which looks like it might be a phish in its own right.
Have also be getting redirected to the same pages as well when browsing on my mobile device. In addition, today, I got redirected to a porn site.
It's been happening to me for the last few days too and on two other phones I own as well. It starts up for about 10-15 minutes then stops for the rest of the day. I googled a solution and found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...date-appfansworld-com-chrome-browser-t3002765 Hasn't really solved anything yet though.
Thanks for the input everyone. Seems like something that's been going around a number of websites in the past month based on Google search results for "appfansworld".
When viewing BS on my iPhone i keep getting redirected to the App Store. Happens every time I click on a thread and sometimes while I'm scrolling through the thread.
On an iPhone, I keep getting redirected to the Game of War app on the AppStore. There's obviously code in the banner ad ⬇️ that is doing this.
BS is becoming unusable on mobile. Happens at random times for 5-15 minutes. It happens elsewhere, but never as persistently as here.
I am still having this issue 3 years later. Bigsoccer.com is unusable on a phone for me. I have no issue with other sites.
I've been having problems trying to use the site on my iPhone for the past two days, as well. I keep getting my browser hijacked to "cardgamegolf.top" with a bullshit message about being selected for a chance to get an Amazon gift card or a phone. There's a "Close" button that I'm not touching.
I literally can't use the site in Chrome on my Android phone. It constantly redirects to fake "phone is infected" malicious sites. The problem comes and goes. Sometimes it only does it once every couple of days and then sometimes it does it every 10 seconds. That is what it has been doing for the last 2 days (every 10 seconds). When using Chrome on a desktop I have absolutely no issues at all. I have installed the tapaalk app but I hate it and much prefer the real site.
Yes, do not ever click any buttons on a malicious site. Click back and then just enter a new URL in the top of the browser to leave the malicious site.
