.@FOXSoccer: "#Pulisic was the best player at #BVB this season." @kicker: "Pulisic is ranked eight in the attacking winger category behind teammate Maximilian Philipp." Fact is Pulisic tries very hard, but he is by no means a key player at the moment.— Manuel Veth (@ManuelVeth) January 19, 2018
And is the same with all their prospects, it seems that every american in Europe is the best player in the team according to them. I honestly blame games like FIFA and FM, those guys take like 90% of their football knowledge from those things.

Euro clubs will not pay ridiculous wages to someone who isn't proven. Once these young signings realize the level of play is low in the MLS, they'll start playing out their contracts and leave on free.
It doesn't help that FIFA in particular artificially inflates ratings and potential for all US players... I think there is a Canadian player with 87 or 88 potential... lol
Once other young players see how much a league like MLS stunts growth, they will avoid it until they're in their 30s...
It's mind blowing really...Bradley runs around like a legend when playing against the nads...it's a joke and it's to placate snowflake nad fans.

This: I honestly think it's quite delusional. No European team is buying a player from MLS for 20M. Mls is just not good enough for it to be a sound investment. I think Atlanta fans are overtly optimistic and have bought into the "we're a selling club" personality even though they have sold no players and have absolutely no reason to believe any European team would buy one of their players for these prices.
I think they will eventually sell Martinez and Almiron for more than what they bought them for, but not Barco. Barco would have to get double digit goals and assists for like 2-3 seasons straight to be sold for more than what Atlanta paid for him.
