A way to make a fortune is to buy Chandler for the value he shows for the USMNT and sell him for the value he shows for his club. Otherwise, he was our best Yank abroad for a while. Wish him well.
Starts: STARTING 1⃣1⃣Timothy Chandler is back! 🙌🔁 Bench: Zimmermann (GK), @HallerSeb, @Csalcedojr, @KPBofficial, Stendera, Barkok, @BranimirHrgota#SGE #Eintracht #HSVSGE pic.twitter.com/E6ZzmGCwcQ— Eintracht Frankfurt (@eintracht_eng) December 12, 2017
Ahhhh being home "sick" has its advantages ---- midweek Bundesliga! I thought timmy was absolutely fantastic. He didn't miss a beat and had zero rust from his injury layoff. Timmy, in spite of the knee injury, is in the midst of a fantastic season. Arguably his best season. I may be in the minority but I always root for him and hope to see him back in a US kit.
He was somebody's MOTM: Congrats Timothy Chandler voted Shout MVP in today's Hamburger SV v Eintracht Frankfurt game. Vote at https://t.co/mfAOeLE5PO— Shout MVP (@shout_mvp) December 12, 2017
Made team of the day: In Ante Rebic und Timothy Chandler haben es gleich zwei Akteure der #SGE in die #ElfdesTages des 16. Spieltages im @kicker_bl_li geschafft 👏 pic.twitter.com/4HKeSdaoUu— Eintracht Frankfurt (@Eintracht) December 14, 2017
Started the 3rd half (team described it as 3 45 minute "halves") in a friendly against Aue: Frankfurt line-up Hradecky (Zimmermann 91') – Russ (Knothe 91'), Hasebe (Chandler 91'), Salcedo (Falette 91') – Wolf (da Costa 82'), Fernandes (Mascarell 91'), Willems (Blum 91') – Barkok (Stendera 91'), Boateng (Gacinovic 82'/Kamada 125') – Haller (Jovic 91'), Rebic (Hrgota 46'/Fabian 113') https://www.eintracht.de/en/news/article/eintracht-ease-to-friendly-victory-against-aue-63408/
Match ended 1-1 Chandler went 90 minutes with an assist. Fotmob had him rated at 7.5 and in a three way tie for second on Frankfurt.
Hasn't played for the US in 14 months so maybe they just figure he's out the picture. He'll be 32.5 at 2022 WC. I'll let others decide if that's too old for a flank player.

What I suppose is some MOTM recognition: Die @MainovaAG Energieleistung des 19. Spieltages geht an Timothy #Chandler.#WOBSGE pic.twitter.com/KiGP5tbVAq— Eintracht Frankfurt (@Eintracht) January 20, 2018 Timmy Chandler’s goal for Eintracht Frankfurt makes him the 11th U.S. international with six career Bundesliga goals. He ties Brooks, Cherundolo, Reyna and Wood. 🇺🇸— Paul Carr (@PaulCarr) January 20, 2018
I'm disappointed that Wood hasn't scored more than that and damn, sucks that Hamid didn't sign with this club.
The goal: Timmy Chandler's goal to make it 2-0 over Wolfsburg. Eintracht won 3-1. He had to finish this, and he made no mistake. pic.twitter.com/8iOl2XlBhk— scuffed (@scuffedpod) January 20, 2018
