Nope. I think they would have to pay a compensation. Even if It is a loan there is still a contract that ties him to Bayern until 2019 with the team having the option to buy him. Besides, they payed 10 million euro to Real Madrid for the loan.

I'm glad James is taking the high road. He is doing great in this new opportunity given. He is also not bashing his old team. He is saying his side of things but keeping cool. How he really feels inside, probably no one's business. Let's hope the rest of his time at Bayern stays positive.

Yeah James made the best decision given his situation. Now for the club to want to attempt to call him back from his loan....which won't happen right now with Zidane.
