I couldn't see one, so I thought I might as well start it.

A 5-0 win away at Celtic Park. One of the most complete team performances I've seen, from any team, handing Celtic their biggest ever home defeat in European competition.

Adrien Rabiot was superb in midfield, and ran the game until being rested after an hour. Cavani, Mbappe and Neymar scored 4 goals between them, always looked dangerous, and with a bit more composure in front of goal, they could have had many more.

The only sour note was Neymar showing a lack of respect to an opponent at the final whistle.

Thanks for the report, I have 40+ sports channels but couldn't get the match live and the replay that was supposed to have it was some other UCL match. I could have watched it streaming but I was at work and too busy. I thought the This is Paris show on beIN Sports would have highlights today but nothing -- maybe next week.

Great start to the campaign, I expect huge improvement from PSG this year.

Two matches in, top of group with +8 goal difference, what could possibly go wrong*?

    *Based on history -- everything.

    - Three games in and at the top of a group that includes Munchen.
    - 99% chance of going through to the knockouts per statistics on ESPN FC.
    - Plus 12 goal difference with much talk about offensive stars, zero goals against the equally important defensive group.

Why doesn't the PSG forum get more traffic? Anyway they are through to the next round and have scored 17 goals and conceded 0 in four matches. Playing Bayern in Germany will be tough since they seemed to be much better now that they changed managers and Lewandowski is just a beat, especially when playing in their home stadium. Let's hope PSG can get at least a draw.

I can't answer that one but I'm glad you showed up and posted. I believe they are succeeding at growing as an international brand but maybe there's more presence on social media than 'old-school' message boards? I used to post more often and there were a few others but this season it seems to have hit a point where too often I was replying to my own replies and I can do that w/o Big Soccer. ;>)

Certainly not seeking to jinx anyone, but so far (knock on wood) no one has gotten hurt with their National teams -- although Verratti probably isn't feeling very good about now.

Just a few hours until the draw, hopefully we can miss Chelsea, Juventus, and RM. If we can't we just have to beat them and move on.

Real Madrid, while Munich gets Besitkas, maybe they knew something all along? If it is bad news for PSG to get RM at least it is worse news for RM to get PSG. ;>)

Emery will probably get fired if he loses to Real Madrid even though he doesnt deserve it. Such is life.

Big match today but with two legs esp. after last year we all know this matters but is really just the first 'half'. I wish this place were more active, or active at all, there is a lot to discuss this season -- and the crickets don't seem very interested. ;>)

This is really the tie of the round - can't wait for this. Just hate waiting what is it, 3 weeks for the return leg?

He's not a coach for Nassers ambitions.. Which ultimately is to win the CL.

He's not an elite coach. He's an ELs coach.

Just noticed psg players get a lot of the undisciplined and memorable yellow cards/ injuries. Verrati got two yellows before the return leg against Greece. Neymar gets hurt everytime before
An important game. Cavani got his butt pinched and red carded. Thiago Silvia got that yellow for hitting the ball out of the Colombian keeper hands during wc 2014.

Feels like they give away the win instead of doing everything they can to win

Moot point (now) but they played like they wanted a new coach which rumor now says will be Conte. If they had just let Bayern Munich win the group they (BM) or Real Madrid would be out and PSG would be playing Sevilla today -- if all else remained the same. Which it wouldn't have. But still, in addition to talent, teamwork, and depth the UCL also has the 'luck of the draw' that teams that win it consistently find ways to play above.

Conte isn't the answer and I hope he isn't hired.
