Now that Carleton is being used centrally, I don't think it's that shocking.

This Booth-Ferri CM pairing is horrific.

 

Giving up a rebound like that is keeping 101 cardinal sin.
Got to try to parry it away to the side.

 

Yeah, England isn't as bad as Paraguay.

 

I know we're constrained by injuries, but Booth and Ferri are way to athletically limited to be in the same midfield together. Watts is also a pretty big downgrade from Lindsey.

 

Getting beat on the wings all day. Wtf is Ferri doing? Hackworth keeps going to him and he adds nothing. Booth is adding not much.

 

Seems to me like the USA kids can't handle 1v1 pressure so they pass the ball backwards losing possession. You seem a similar problem in the senior team
