Pulisic played too well not to get a goal or assist. Oh well, pulled and rested for Madrid now.

Oh, speaking of the devil, Kagawa in for Pulisic. Be pretty shocked if Pulisic isn't starting Tuesday.

I'm truly bummed they lost their clean sheet. Oh well, it had to end sometime.

Pulisic has such sticky feet and is so calm. When he figures out that last ball/shot he's gonna be something else.

Mahmoud Dahoud is an incredible signing for Dortmund. He's so good.

They gave up way too many chances to deserve it

This BVB side is so much better than last season. The acquisitions of Tojlan, Philipp, Yarmolenko, toprak, and Dahoud have fit like a glove. It's been seemles and they have improved the side. It also helps to have a healthy Gotze. I'll tell you right now that Bayern Munich will not be running away with the Bundesliga title. BVB is for real and will be bitting the heels of Bayern all season.

Good sign for Pulisic to be pulled early today - should get the start on Tuesday.

I’ve mentioned a few times now that it would be really beneficial for Pulisic to develop a connection with Auba and Philipp’s game today shows why.

Overall a very solid game from Pulisic and the space Philipp had on the left for his runs/finishes reflects the gravitational pull Pulisic created in moving the defense to his side. He was doubled nearly every time he picked up the ball out wide.

I have a different perspective from you.

Having watched all BVB games this season, BM will be chasing BVB for the title.

This team is young, got a few new players, and some still injured. Give it another month or two and this team will be at its peak, then the break away will follow.

While BM's old legs will get tired as the season progress.

    Yup.

And with Weigl back he's going to soar. I don't think it's a surprise that Weigl/Dahoud/Gotze provided the best BVB midfield performance of the season.

Why is Auba still in the game?

C'mon guys cut me some slack. I know. I know. I was being too nice to Bayern. You guys are right especially when Weigl is banging in goals of that quality. ;) :D

Or just perhaps we're getting on the BVB bandwagon. Lol

But my money is on BVB breaking away with the title this season.

F*** I am now! Jumped right on that bandwagon today. Front seat, too. I might just slide over and just drive the bandwagon. :D ;)

Yeah, this game was reminiscent of the US-Argentina copa game. Although, sadly, BMG was more effective here than we were. #wondoandzusi
