Mas bien exagere yo haha. But it was more passive agressive than my ex. Decia "que con Mala intencion" del que "era referent antes" y que "dios lo va bendecir" this last part was in quotes. Which journalists interpreted as a warning when Antigua play in coban.

anyways, the CDAG just sent a revised list of estatutos. They asked for confidentiality so no one knows what changes they made to what fifa asked.

a mi se me hace que Fifa nos va a mandar a la verga. THIS Revision Should've Been done By the comision. Pero cerotes eran otros necios....

It's a free fall. And I have a feeling FIFA isn't going to accept this "new temp fed" and we'll be assed out...

Dude, apparently everything is not what it seems. After a lot of journalists and news agencies in Guate released these news. Ppl noticed a lot of Sketchy things.

Unos dicen que ese Statement Is dated August, which Would mean It's not adressed to the Current Ppl But the ones that quit.

NOW, the main sketchy thing is what some dude found out. All of these statements that have been released during the comision have come from Fifa.net thru fifa.pressfire.net. However, Fifa is .org. And when you get verified as a journalist there none of the statements are found in the database. Some there are some suspicions that Ralon (part of the comision) filter them to his journalists friends to sway public opinion.

SO IN REALITY, NO ONE FACKING KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON

I dont get why CDAG feels like they need to have a say in a non-government entity. Y a huevo quieren poner el pecho como diciendo "aqui mando yo" mientras nosotros solo queremos nuestras seleciones en los partidos.

Well it's been another week, and as rightly pointed out by drerodz, the CDAG is still being stupid and we're still suspended. So here's a "brief" summary of what has gone down. Let's start with the most important. The professionalism of our league.

    LEAGUE:

We're half way thru the season and teams like Petapa & Guastatoya keep defying expectations. Comunicaciones & Municipal on the other hand are still flattering to deceive but that's not what got my attention. What I found extremely entertaining was this exchange between Rojos' official website and Suchitepéquez official twitter account.

Basically, rojos are no vegans and have a sweet tooth for exotic meats. Suchitepéquez however, being a great host, decided to wish them "Buen provecho" after they drew 1-1

Y Hablando de Suchi, Irving Garcia just signed for them. Este jugador Les me lo vendio como mucho mejor que Pappa & Moyo if given the chance in the NT. A ver si es cierto o solo es puro humo de Les haha. De lo que si estoy seguro though, is that he wouldn't be able to keep up with el pescado cuando agarra furia. En chupar, Pappa, Fish & Moyo y su entendimiento es unico

    DKm0xHVUMAASZAt.jpeg

Talking about new acquisitions, I think I figured why Los Loros de Petapa are flying so high. They have a bigger pull than Milan ...omg hahah

    DKs3UriUEAAa1zs.jpeg

Comunicaciones finally won against the worst team (poor marquense). And I couldn't help but notice how some of our players would've been better if someone switched their position early on in their development. Kendel Herrate looks like he could've been a great attacking RB. He reminds me a lot of Costa Rica's Gamboa. Proof of that is Edgar Chinchilla. He didn't stand out as a winger back at Cremas yet once Medford put in upfront he killed it with Xela in the Concachampions (I'm still salty about Almeida not calling him to the NT). Who else do you guys think would improve in a different position?

    National Team:

We're still suspended unfortunately. And though Tono Garcia has been working with some players aiming towards the next Olympics, they won't be allowed to participate in the next juegos centroamericanos :(. On the plus side we won't be the only ones suspended anymore. El Salvador's league has decided to separate themselves from the Federation and not let them borrow their players. I guess we'll both be suspended together. Somos igualitos...

Even though Fifa will not legitimize whatever happens in the next federation elections, we still have two people in the running: El Grillo Roldan & Gerardo Paiz.
Alvizuriz declined to run under the pretense that he doesn't want to participate in a system that's still corrupted. A bit rich coming from someone who has been linked to the corruption that went down in BANTRAB (real reason he's not running anymore).

Who do I wanna win ? I'm not sure. Gerardo Paiz seems to be a sketchy character (according to many ppl he was directly involved in getting us suspended the first time). Though his work with Futsal is undeniable. He's one of the few directivos pumping his $$$ in instead of out. Besides, I think our renaissance will be linked to futsal somehow, since it seems to produce great technical players with our most common body type (Altan & Ojeda both come from futsal).

El Grillo on the other hand, is one of our all time greats (never saw him play unfortunately) but idk what his plans are to improve our soccer. Who will be the next NT coach? Who knows? Les says Paiz wants Medford. Who do you guys want as president ? Coach ? Ancelloti is free last time I heard.

    Gymnastics:

Finally, to end on a good note. Jorge Vega gano oro en France . He's an athletic midget. Respect.

Well Dre, thanks for the info about Gerardo Paiz, the only two standing on his way are Mancia y el Grillo. Now that Albizuris is out. Chulo I still say Irving Garcia is a better player, did you see him play for the futbol playa Select team from USA, he got skills

No, pero but it's beach soccer. Irving best highlights came in a friendly against juve like 10 years ago. Dude couldn't even perform for antigua when they were in the 2nd division. But now he has a chance to prove himself in la Liga Nacional. A ver que pasa.

And wassup with the elections? What's the point of them if FIFA won't recognize them ? Will we get any more sanctions If they go thru ?

These threads haven't been updated for a while and it's obvious why. There doesn't seem to be a light at the end hof the tunnel and the probability of us not even competing to go to Qatar are very high. Either way, this is my take on what's gone down in the past few months. Bear in mind that I haven't paid much attention so this might be all wrong haha.

    Politics:
Jimmy se sigue cagando en el pais, but apparently we're not the only ones putting clowns in charge. And no, this aint about Trump or Pena nieto. Honduras just picked the dude from "X0 da dinero" as their president lmao. Let's not forget he's the creator of 'hits' such as "Hoy no salis vivo de Honduras Chiquidracula" when narrating games. Say what you want, but the dude is versatile asf.

    National Team:
The federation elections did happened (even though said president is not recognized by FIFA). Jorge Veliz was elected and though idk much about him it doesn't look very inspiring. He's been involved in other sports and he's basically "mas de lo mismo". I don't think we're getting the ban lifted any time soon I'm afraid
    :(

    Legionarios:
Jerez: completely flopped with Dep Cali. It's time to go back to Alianza Petrolera while they still love him imo.

Cincotta: No solo bajo de categoria (4th division) but now he's not even playing. It's time to come to la liga nacional sadly. He can't possibly be worse than Baloy can he?

Saravia: He's done ok in Sweden's 2nd divison. I think.

Dominguez: He's done well for Cincinnati the few times I saw him played. I think they will be playing in the MLS soon, si hopefully he's still a vital part for them when they do.

Brolin Valdizon: He signed for 6 months with Girona (la liga BBVA). Let's hope he can impress and manage a longer stay.

    Guate league:

    12. Marquense: They're going down I'm afraid. Mismanagement is the last couple of years is finally catching up to them. They also have a lot of debt so they're in danger of disappearing as well.

    11. Siquinala: Nice stadium & great heart. But they don't belong in the top flight. The only way they'll stay up is if Suchi continues to shit the bed.

    10. Suchitepequez: Where do I start? A team with the likes of Santamaria, Avila, Miranda & Ordonez should at least be fighting for the top 6, yet here we are. They went through 3 different coaches and no one managed to turn it around. They're full of debt and they just named a mexican nobody who's biggest accomplisment is being in charge of Club America u-15 as their coach. But above all their biggest howler has been not allowing their fisioterapeuta to their away games

    3409357_n_vir3.jpg
It's no wonder that they haven't gotten any points away from home.

    9. Sanarate: They have a decent starting line up but they have no depth. That's without mentioning the lack of continuity. They replaced el Chueco Trijillo with Cordero. Now there are rumors they want Ariel Senna.

    8. Malacateco. As long as they keep playing at noon in malacatan (inhumane imo) they'll stay up.

    7. Comunicaciones: They got eliminated on goal difference. If it was another team I'll argue how unlucky this is but this is cremas ffs. That's without mentioning how they didn't make it due to losing to marquense of all teams. I think all the ticos (except Russell) gtg. But if the biggest cancer (Julio Gonzalez) doesn't leave we'll keep getting the same results. Maybe es la "maldicion del moyo" ? The way they kicked out our last legend is just F*ck up

    6. Guastatoya: They keep overachieving, though I don't think they'll make it to the semifinals. Their Guatemalan coach villatoro keeps performing though which is always a positive.

    5. Coban: Another national coach. La chapa Benitez is doing way better than Sena, though his team is way too defensive imo. In their game against Petapa they had a one man adavantage yet it looked the other way around. However, it's getting them results so no complaints. Their Guatemalan striking partnership (Guerra & Betancourt) is doing very well. Something to look forward to if we ever get a NT again.

    4. Xelaju: They're way too inconsistent tbh. But on form they're one of the most entertaining teams in the league. The only thing I don't like about them is their coach's virtue signalling. He acts like he's the only only one trying to play attacking soccer. Which is a shame since I rate Ronald Gomez very highly.

    3. Municipal: Almeida has steadied the ship though they remain way too defensive imo. Blas & Baloy have been horrible though. There's a stat going around that says Blas has more yellow cards than shots on target. That's not even goals wtf??? The worst part is they act like divas. They're obviously in it just for the $$$$. Still, rojos are one of the favorites for the title. On a personal note, I'm happy for Hagen, Mendez, Frank, Martinez & Lemus. If we had a NT they would definitely be part of it.

    2. Petapa: They've proven that they're no flash in the pan. Best away team in the league and they have a clear identity. It's no surprise when you look at their starting line up. Bolivar, Pereira (top goalscorer) & Cuilapa wouldn't look out of place in Municipal/Cremas. Unfortunately, like Sanarate have no dephth. And Rangel just got himself red carded so won't take part in the semis. Still, they have slim chance at the title. Besides, I'm happy that Cuilapa rediscovered himself and is now proving to be a clinical finisher.

    1. Antigua: Favorites for the title. I have a love/hate relationship with them tbh. I like the way they play (best in the league imo), represent one of the best cities in Guate, have likeable players & their directivos seem to be one of the best. Still, they have way too many foreigners. However, their midfield (Moyo, Galindo, Thompson) is hands down the best. And their attacking trident ain't too shabby either (Gambetita, Herrera, Arreola). Their defense is somewhat vulnerable but they did have the top keeper (De Lemos) this season. That's without mentioning how deep their squad is. I feel that if Tapia finds the right balance between attack and defense they'll get their third "Aguacate". It speaks volumes of how their directivos want to continue their "proceso" when they backed Tapia after not qualifying last season. Still, we'll see how they do.

Summary of Antigua's season. They started slow, but picked up form towards the end.

    Acceso a semifinales

    Guastatoya vs Municipal

    Coban vs Xelaju

It's embarrassing, we're like the most disorganized federation ever. It's no wonder we never win anything.
