that second point is an anti-capitalist statement so: What I'm saying is that yes I understand that solar/electric renewable technologies blah blah don't entirely eliminate waste. They do help to mitigate the impact to the environment in a huge way from burning fossil fuels though. So focusing on one tiny aspect like you are is silly.
My point is how we get the materials for the batteries.... The process in which is used to mine those elements are no better than drilling for oil or digging for coal... We need to concentrate on how we recycle items and forcing companies to make products that actually last and not break down by design in two years time.
Not sure how your post relates to Sweden not having freedom of speech or ethnic cleansing unless you are saying there are not many ethnicities to begin with. Is that supposed to make it better? Since it is already mostly "caucasian" or white people they won't be many non-whites being "cleansed" so that is okay? Or are you saying all white people agree and so no need to be allowed to voice dissent? Not sure what you mean? I think Germany might be the most socialist if you consider basic worker rights that most Americans enjoyed before union busting and the great redistribution of wealth to the top 1% went full throttle beginning with Reagan?
calling it ethnic cleansing is an insanely hyperbolic exaggeration. I'm not saying anything is ok or not ok I'm just saying that race dilution (for those who care) is a much bigger issue in the US than Sweden. If toronto_soccer wants to make a point he should produce some data. the comparison was b/w Germany and Canada and from what i know (not an expert) there's not that much difference. Germany suppressed wages for a very long time post Maastricht treaty btw.

Understanding The Threat Of Sharia Law In America Sep 18, 2017 Read More I cannot overstate the dangers of Sharia law and its insidious creeping nature. Sharia law is a monumental threat to our laws that are grantors of our liberty. No effort should be spared in denying this Stone Age, misogynistic body of Islamic laws from invading our legal system. The recent migration of Muslims to non-Islamic lands began as a seemingly harmless, even useful; trickle of desirable cheap needed labor. Before long, greater and greater numbers of Muslims deluged the new territories and as they gained in numbers—by high birth rate as well as new arrivals—Muslims began reverting to their intolerant ways by, for instance, demanding legal status for Sharia (Islamic laws), the type of draconian laws that for the most part resemble those of man’s barbaric past.
Like the data I posted in the other thread that you and the other leftist couldn't refute? Remember the one about how Sweden has plummeted in the global schools ranking? Or the one about the skyrocketing crime stats? I'm sure I could find data on how Swedes are already a minority in some Swedish cities.
It seems the president was right that "Trump Tower was wiretapped". What is everyone who called him a liar saying about that now?
I changed my car battery once in 10 years. Can the same be done with an electric car? I'm not a car guy so I don't know. Just figured you would go through more batteries per car.
It comes down to poverty levels of people.... Is it that black people in the USA are just more likely to do crime or is it they are broke and more likely to do crime to get ahead in some way in life. Every city in the USA that has high poverty rates have high crime rates, bad scores in testing, and lack of development. Race isnt the issue the issue is poverty and perhaps the lack of "low skilled" jobs. Lets face it not everyone can become a mechanical engineer.
ethnic cleansing? really? i wasn't involved in that other conversation btw. What Chooch said is right. you introduce a bunch of poor people into the equation and crime and quality of life stats go tits up. Do you have a solution besides making them someone else's problem?
