Are these stadiums going to be the sight for the 2019 women's world cup? Anything under 10,000 seems extremely small for the WWC. I remember Canada used the U20 WWC as a prep for the big tournament.

Nope those are local ground as the whole u20 tourney is played in Brittan hence the Olympic village style accomodation.
Only the Roahzon Park is set for the 2019 world cup. Other ground are Parc OL. Full list not disclosed yet.

I'd imagine the slot allocation will be similar to the 2016 allocations:

    Hosts(1): France
    UEFA: 4
    AFC: 3
    CONCACAF: 3
    CONMEBOL: 2
    CAF: 2
    OFC: 1 (New Zealand)

To New Zealand's credit, they have improved greatly since Australia left for AFC.
Yes, that makes it much easier (a guarantee) for New Zealand to qualify, but the Ferns have been playing the Top 15 teams in the world much tougher than they ever did before Australia left for AFC.

New Zealand is one additional goal scorer, and one dynamic midfielder away from being a Top 10 team in the world.
If they had a younger Necib Lite equivalent, and a Blackstenious type of younger goal scorer, then they are Top 10.

So wait, the U20 tournament goes to the WC host as a trial run for the big WC (same excuse on why the confederations is played there for the males) yet you are telling me that the U20 is only going to use 1 2019 WC stadium?

That IMO is a FIFA fail.

I think it has more to do with the FFF deciding to make the U20 tournament very practical for teams with that Olympic village concept and therefore many local games.

Although it is a U20 World Cup. There is no point having a 20-40k stadium for small attendances.

We have just had the men's Euros so stadiums have been tried and tested with good or bad results for hooliganism unfortunately.

    The AFC qualification road :

In Group A, tournament hosts China PR will face 2016 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup champions DPR Korea, Thailand and Uzbekistan.

The tournament is set to begin on October 18 and conclude a week later in Nanjing, China.

The top three ranked teams in China will qualify for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup France 2018.

    The UEFA qualifying path :

Four teams will qualify from the 8 teams playing the U19 Euros in Northern Ireland in August. The four semi-finalists will go the World Cup as usual, but should France makes it to the semi-finals, I believe a play-off would be organized between the 3rd places team from each group.
