there is some unwritten leniency period with foreign players and korean players coming from abroad but yes window is 'closed' as of tonight
Belgian club AFC Tubize have signed midfielder Hwang Ki-wook on loan from FC Seoul. #kleague— Korea Football News (@KORFootballNews) August 17, 2017 umm why...
Tubize are owned by Sportizen and their scout is Kim Eun-jung. It's normal to see them get Korean players. They get like 1-3 Korean players every year whether they're from the K-League Classic, Challenge, or U-League. I'm pretty sure Hwang Ki-wook is their 4th Korean on the team now. (excluding Kim Eun-jung) They have also signed Japanese U20 NT midfielder, Daisuke Sakai, on loan as well.
Yeah I know that but I feel like he's too good for this team... He played a bit with Seoul didn't he?
Hasn't made an appearance since May and I'm pretty sure he was the one who wanted to experience what Europe was like. Hopefully, he gets playing time there and comes back stronger. (And hopefully Tubize gets promoted to the 1st division this year, so I can actually get excited about Koreans moving there.)
Yeah I've been waiting for them to get promoted but it never happened. Last time they almost got relegated...
Gangwon FC midfielder Moon Chang-jin is set to move to UAE club Shabab Al Ahli Dubai on loan. #kleague— Korea Football News (@KORFootballNews) October 7, 2017

125 rookies joining the K-League next year. 12 from high school. (Incheon's Jung Woo-young is only exception with him moving to Bayern Munich next year.)
Kim jungmin going to uni? Sigh now I just gave up on him. Horrible decision...Gwangju don't want him? Maybe go abroad? Choi Jun -_- What's going to happen to Kim Shin?
eh not a bad move for him I think. Wish him well. Pohang Steelers striker Yang Dong-hyun has agreed to move to J1 League side Cerezo Osaka. #kleague— Korea Football News (@KORFootballNews) October 25, 2017

Yes, I think you are right. Between him and Junior. Can't see Cesinha leaving and Junior was the top scorer despite played most of the matches in the second part of the season. Evandro played more.
