White House Closing Down War Crimes Office After Being Accused of War Crimes Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is reportedly closing a decades-old office in the State Department that has helped pursue justice for victims of war crimes. The “Office of Global Criminal Justice” advises the secretary of state on issues surrounding war crimes and genocide. It was established by Bill Clinton’s secretary of state, Madeleine Albright, a woman who barely batted an eyelid while overseeing the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children.

He's in a lot of those pro vegan documentaries. Very interesting points they make but I'm a little cautious on their message as it's vegan or die. What the health is the latest one on Netflix. I eat 4 eggs every morning but he's made me question eating any, as he puts it the most concentrated ball of fat on earth, designed to raise a baby chick in 21 days. He and many others laughed off the idea we can become deficient eating a healthy whole fruit and veg diet though. I'm thinking of trying it for a while and seeing how I feel.
That's exactly what my friend tried. He had to get shots of B12 after because he depleted his levels so significantly. From what I understand, B12 supplements are derived from animals, so even vegans depend on animal products. @Calcio Pauly Can you confirm the source of B12 supplements? Have you ever come across a vegan one?

lol .... @toronto_soccer I'll ask my wife. I'm sure there's many. I take a regular multi with full B spectrum. I think the B12 is 30% RDA. I don't drink dairy, so the rest must come from my food sources and yes, I eat meat. And you're going to miss this And don't listen to anyone who tells you that you can get your B12 by eating shit.
there is no plant based source of b12 it can be sourced directly from intestinal bacteria ie. animal shit. But people generally get it from eating animal products. The highest concentrations are found in shellfish.
Greger's not vegan or die. His message is healthier is better. I've been vegan for 18 months and have not had a cold/flu in that entire time. If you do try it make sure you eat a lot of beans, dark green vegs, supplement with b12 and d2 (if you don't get enough sun). For more info check out his daily dozen and his website for vids.
