As this is the only round they will be seeded in HNK Hajduk will once again start in the second round. So they won't know their potential opponents until the first round is completed GNK Dinamo will start in the 3rd round so they will not know their opponents until mid-July. Dinamo are guaranteed to be seeded in the 3rd round and the playoff round should they make it that far Champions League : HNK Rijeka will enter the 2nd round qualifying and will be seeded for only that round.
