Overall, not a terrible result considering everyone that was missing. I just hope we can stay healthy. Also, Zaldivar seemed out of rhythm. Need him to stay healthy and get in form. Special shout outs to Perez, Fierro, Salcido, and the young guys. They were warriors out there. That Macias kid intrigues me...a lot. Magaña seemed timid out there. Lopez was fighting but he was clearly nervous. Beltran looked good to me. Kinda reminds me of Gallito.
I'm happy that the team debuted a handful of players and overall were up to task with one of the strongest teams in the league. I am 100% positive a full Chivas line up would beat these tigeres once again. So i'm not sweating it.
Neither am I Despite all our deficiencies, we did rather well with what we had yesterday. Young guys showed a lot of heart and hustle I'm confident that if Alanís and Gallito hadn't gotten injured, it would have been a totally different outcome
Also, Fierro seems to improve a bit Looks more confident on the ball. Hope he does well this season cause we'll need him.
Don't let the score line deceive you guys. The chavos did well and shoulda been up 2-0 before Santos got the first penalty. Then after that matias went all out attack and that's when santos countered and got the second clumsily committed by jiminez
I was out during the entire first half and saw they were up 2-0, checked back during half time and was 2-2 lol
