Safe to say surpass 20,000 then given strong out of the gate. I'm guessing 25,000 if walk ups are solid.

Nice 2- 0 win on Saturday. Thought the team played well as a whole with 2 nice goals and a strong showing on defense that did not give St. Louis any real chances.

    The Good:
    • Polak's Pass and overall play
    • Jimmy's work rate. Not only the assist but also created several other chances for himself and others.
    • Koch's Subs - All came in and played hard especially Konig
    • Another 20K in the stands.
    • Strong play by Harrison and Berry in shutting down St. Louis
    The Bad:
    • Still have too many unforced turnovers. If we want to be more than middle of the table we will have to clean these up.
    The Ugly
    • The unnecessary fouls and hacking on both side. This is another part of the game I would like Koch clean up especially the reactionary hacking we need to keep our heads level.

The amount of times Djiby spends on the ground whining like a baby.

He was actually a little better this week on that one. But yeah he should spend more time playing and less time whining.

Club is really pushing marketing and being rewarded with stronger crowds this year. Honestly, this level of promotion and interest feels MLS level. So dramatic how different FC Cincinnati is from prior USL or other attempts in Cincinnati.

    Greetings strangers,

SKC fan here. I'm currently sitting in an airport in Kansas City on way to Cincinnati for work and thought I'd try to make my way out for the match. Any one have any tips on what seats I should look at getting for flying solo, and any good spots to pre-game for food and beverages? Anything I need to know? Seems like this'll be a cool opportunity.

The pride (one of the supporters groups) pregame at ladder 19 and die innenstadt (another group) meet up at macklenburg gardens, can't go wrong visiting either. Id say the Bailey but they are sold out. Really there aren't bad seats in nippert, try and get a seat in the lower bowl if you can! You might have some luck flying solo

Great info, thanks much! Wound up at Molly Malone's tonight, it's a short walk from the hotel, seems like there's loads of soccer swag, anyone ever pregame here? Looking forward to it!

This is a special match so tickets have been going fast. Being solo you may be able to get a ticket on the west side sections 120-124 range. Best of luck and hope you enjoy the match and the city.

I've never seen demand this high this early besides the Crystal Palace match. I hate to get ahead of myself, but wow, this could be a huge number tonight.

    Crew fan here.
Was disappointed you beat us a couple of weeks ago, but REALLY want you to beat the F!re--they've knocked us out of the USOC multiple times.
0-0 at the half--great! Keep the pressure on and put one in in the second half!

Question for you--I understand The Bailey is the standing fan section at the north end. How did it get its name?
    Thank you in advance.

Stunningly impressive result. FC Cincinnati already had the match won in regulation, and in extra time as well, if they hadn't been screwed by the refs. I attended the Crew-FCC Open Cup match at Nippert and came away thoroughly impressed. Best of luck and here's to hoping FCC is in MLS not long from now.

It was an unreal night, the crowd was the biggest I've ever seen and they knew and appreciated the game. I saw people come to their feet due to a good defensive challenge. I'm not sure how to put into words what evenings like yesterday mean to me. This is like a dream living in Cincinnati area to see so many people embrace the sport I love so much. What a match by our boys giving their all and Mitch achieved legend status for me. I am tired due to lack of sleep, but oh so happy.
