I hear conflicting stuff about Knight, everyone who seems to be 'in the know' indicates he is happy here, and won't be going anywhere. He's been offered serious money by a NW club but apparently is staying put.

Has signed his pre-scholarship agreement so won't be able to walk out at EPPP compensation rates so will most likely be a tribunal. Zak Brown is Charlie Brown's brother who signed for Chelsea last season for approx £700k at 16.

There was a 4th player, Nyan Mesuria, who went to.

Is there any footage of it, I saw Knight recently and he is seriously good, I'd expect him to be an u18s regular next season

Exactly, it's all a bit dodgey in all fairness borrowing players from another team. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Use your players from your own academies not right just to 'borrow' players from other academies [emoji23]..

It only really happens in these end of season tournaments when there is a number of reasons why squad is depleted:
    - International call ups
    - Players gone home for the summer
    - School requirements

If it was happening regularly then I'd understand it, but surely better to take players fit for that level than chucking in kids totally out of their depth?

    Don't think I saw Mesuria.

Only 2 I have found highlights of so far. Watched 3rd place game live. Was called Man city Cup or Surf Cup, if you want to have a look.

Interesting hearing your reasons for the loan, I suppose your club has experience of lending players to other clubs, whereas I haven't seen it much. Your reason for Knight and Brown would make sense. I believe Parrott is with Ireland and Asante was too old for this tournament so not sure of the next in line striker. But what benefit does it have to Spurs to give your better players experience. I know we have close ties, so it could be a case of maintaining that.

I know we leant Charlie Freeman to Newcastle for a tournament once.

As you know he does look a good prospect. His awareness to be in the right place at the right time was arguably his most impressive trait

That's actually a good point, I didn't think of the school requirements, although there is no "important" exams if it's an U15 tournament - still a good point though.

Then again would they really be out of their depth if they're only playing one age group up? Always good experience/preparation for the future, development over results, and they won't spend their entire career up against guys their age only. Can see what you mean though.

Not sure the benefits for Spurs, bar keeping a good relationship and helping you out in a tournament - if it improves squad and helps results it can ensure invites for future years. Maybe it helps learn things too with regards to different style of players in some respects.

Gives the boys a relationship with Spurs so that if and when they do leave there is an advantage for you in the dealings.....but as you can see I'm just guessing here - but glad they did well out there for you

Was speaking to Craig Armstrong. The FA seem to like the 2002 group and from what I saw in that Italian tournament they were very good.

From a Forest perspective. Don't expect any club u15s in the 03 group as our 2 best are late 2002 but definitely have hope for some of our u14s although not sure if 03 or 04. The GK, CB, 2xCM & 2XFWD have a chance. Had a very good run in National Cup.

We should start to hear names in about 3 weeks.

Jude Bellingham, Karamoko Dembele and Jamal Musiala seem like the 03s involved with the '02 we aware of.

It is this seasons club u14s. So next seasons club u15s.

They lost the final of the national competition to Arsenal or was it Fulham ?

Think it is 2 camps of 20-25 each.

Jesper Kutshienza of Leicester city has been selected for the camp in his first season he a quick dribbling center back with an eye of a pass and a prolific 1v1 defender and is really tall for an u13

I wanted to ask, has anyone seen Harrison Sohna of Villa play? If so, what's he like and how good? I've just seen that he was included along with a derby lad and it's nice to see those kinds of clubs have more inclusion

Late 2003, I think, assuming we're talking about Omari Hutchinson.
