Well, he's not your usual USL player; I'm assuming he was with Tampa as a temporary playing solution. He did quite well with Colorado and Valerenga in Norway; not sure what happened with him in China but that seems to have derailed his career a bit. He's in the allocation order for a reason (was sold by an MLS club for a substantial transfer fee within the past couple of years).
