I'm willing to give Rui another chance with a proper pre-season. The guy has had it rough for the past year.

I agree but it would be nice to go into the season with both of them.

Rui has been atrocious so far but yesterday he saved 2nd place by that backheel clearance at 2-2 at the 88th min otherwise it would have been 3 for Genoa guaranteed

Monchi' here so I'll give the current questionable performers (Peres, Rui) at least another year before I judge

I hope him and Peres step up their game next year, Emerson will be missed.

I have hope for Rui even though i have been critical of him, i know that serious injuries do create a mental block and it takes time to get past that so im willing to give him the time he needs.

Peres on the other hand, its a hopeless case for me.

I just hope they pick someone up and don't try to rush Emerson back like they did with Florenzi. Just pick up a veteran to cover for the season. Clichy's contract is about to expire and Kolarov is probably on his way out as well.

Luca Pellegrini has probably torn his ACL. Would be the 3rd LB within a year.

He had surgery and is in PT now. Not expected back in training until early next year.

According to EDF Florenzi is finally back (not yet fit enough for 90min though). Oh how much I'be missed him. Daje Ale!

He had a (supposedly) temporary heart issue. The doctors thought (or didn't want to take the chance) it was chronic. Or at least this is my understanding.

Once the issues cleared up Juventus were ready to pull the trigger but they were outbid at that point.

Just let this guy rest and prepare till after the next international break in october. In his current state he probably won't give us more than Defrel, Florenzi or Under at RW anyway.

Big blow, we have many games and Defrel is not performing.

Next 3 games shouldn't be a problem. With or without him. Even Under will be good enough for our upcoming opponents. And then there is only Milan left before the break. It would've been good for Schick to get some playing time at RW against the smaller teams but other than that I don't think we'll miss him much.
