    Posting post-humorously.

Thanks for the win, Roldan! It was nice to see the breaks go our way for once this season.

Unfortunately, this team still hasn't figured out how to get forward promptly upon gaining possession. JoMo had more impact in defense yesterday than as a scoring threat - that's messed up.

    Still, a win's a win.

To be fair, Morris did have yet another moment when his reward for fighting through a foul was a non call. Should have been a red card. And Svennsonnnn is learning how to track the runner. Maybe I should learn how to spell his name.

Morris needs to learn that sometimes it is okay to go down..

Another game that I miss due to family obligations.. Another Sounders win.. It would seem I can't watch games anymore..

Also.. I'm annoyed that the FO has decided to forego Saturday evening games for the kost part this season. :(

Geiger let a lot of stuff go...

Morris needs to learn to get his ass off the pitch and quit pouting when the call does not go his way. He lay on the pitch, ~15 seconds, 15 yards offside. In the meantime, his team-mates recovered the ball and had to wait for his pouty-fit to end. It was nearly 30 seconds before he could find his way to get onside again. NOT what I expect from a professional doing all he can to help his team.

Contrast that with Adi's reaction after the Honey-Badger piggy-backed him in the box.

Svensson had a GREAT game. He personally shutdown at least 3-4 promising Timber attacks... (Attack of the Timbers....there is movie in that somewhere...man eating evergreens...)

How about this for messed up... this thought occurred to me while I watched Morris very effectively use his speed and body to defensively shepherd a Timber out of play on the left side of the penalty box... you ready??

    SWAP MORRIS AND JONES!
Jones can bring a long ball down like nobodies business, is very good at holding on to and distributing... has a dangerous left foot...
Morris can be the Yeldin of the leftbacks. Using his speed to get up and down the flank....

Anybody else think the gimmicky 4-3-1-2 was part of the problem on offense? Maybe if they stick with it they will get better at it.
