Outside of the Champions League, this may be our most important match of the season and is now our only opportunity for a Trophy. We are coming off a victory against Gladbach, however Bayern will be motivated given that they have now been knocked out of the Champions League in what is Lahm and Alonso's last season.

    Key Notes:
    • Sokratis travelled with the team, and other than Bartra and Sahin, there are no other injuries.
    • Tuchel mentioned that Reus is showing strong leadership since his return from Injury, and seems to have taken on a more resolved/confident character.
    • Likely both Boateng and Hummels will be fit for this match, meaning we will be facing two of the best CB's in the world. Alaba however is questionable, and there is no way that Bernat can hang with Dembele, so this could be a key match-up.
    • Tuchel took a little pot-shot at Bayern in the PK: "Sie haben uns ja vor der Saison unseren Kapitän weggekauft und so ihren Kader nochmal verbessert"
    • Given the struggles of Costa, we will likely also see both Robben and Ribery starting this match.
    HEJA BVB!

For Sokratis, he said es wird eng. Er läuft heute und morgen wird er getestet. So there's a possibility he will play tomorrow.

Gotze may not be injured but we are missing him as well. Nuri could be back before the season end.

I hope so, I want lots of goals and not a boring chess match resulting in 1:0

I don't care for the result as long as we win. But you already knew that.

I have to wait until I'm home in the evening to download and watch the match, so I'm staying off media for the afternoon.

Sokratis is in the starting line-up, along with LP, Bender, and Schmelzer in that back 3/4.

    Castro/Weigl/RG midfield and Dembele/Reus/Auba upfront.

Interesting that neither Mor nor Passlack are on the bench, however Isak is.

Brilliant cross-field ball from Castro and accurate cross...Auba could have done better.

We take the lead. Horrible error of Bayern's defense.
