Think the Spirit shirt is just for Lifetime. Otherwise this looks like a different team in same top. And two different with a plain white one. Kelley O'Hara on set with @LifetimeTV today, gearing up for #NWSLOnLifetime. pic.twitter.com/l4CnD95h9b— NJ/NY Gotham FC (@GothamFC) March 8, 2017
But why would they come up with a new kit just for a Lifetime promo? Why not just use the team's real ones?
May just be trying to do generic color promo shots ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Looking through that NWSLonLifetime hashtag there's a bunch of photos and every one is some generic color shirt. Like Ohai in a long sleeve orange even though indications are their home jersey isn't changing.

I want sky blue to announce this as their new kit instead of just training top. Your 30/15 champions. 💪🏆😧 pic.twitter.com/7JVXDZM8gw— NJ/NY Gotham FC (@GothamFC) March 21, 2017
Well seeing as how it's the template Boston used last year, the template has been spotted in a Chicago promo picture this offseason as well, and it's an off-the-shelf model not even custom colors, I'd rather it be a training top...
So, heard on the Queenscast (Pride fan podcast) that the NWSL wants ALL AWAY JERSEYS TO BE WHITE and the Pride will get all new kits and one may be partially BLACK.... Also mentioned is the Possibility of a 3rd kit
If all away jerseys will be white of some design, (courtesy handicapping to inexperienced Lifetime broadcasters, I bet) then there sure as hell better be 3rd kits.
This looks to be the new sky blue kit. I think I like it Be on the lookout for this new mixtape. 🎤 pic.twitter.com/xjQDmksDMQ— NJ/NY Gotham FC (@GothamFC) March 29, 2017
Looks like Chicago has confirmed they are using the same template as Boston used last year. I guess they're better than last years, but not as good as the 2014-2015 jersey, IMHO.
Hmm... that's a good question... [a few minutes later] OK, I went and looked at their online shop, and it's labelled "SECONDARY JERSEY" while their home jersey from last year is labelled "PRIMARY JERSEY" (and the black 3rd jersey is gone). So I guess this will be their white away jersey.
I'm more okay with forced white jersey if they can at least be unique like this. Granted that's assuming the rumor of the white jerseys is true. Can't recall if that was confirmed. I really like this and sky blue's new home jersey. Hope the trend of good jerseys continues. (I like the NC stock template they have up but want to see actual jersey)
I like them. And since I like vertical stripes better than horizontal hoops, I prefer it over the 2014-2015 kit.
Orlando is switching to the newest Nike template that most national teams use. They are going to the dark/light purple combo. While you can never go wrong with purple, I think a purple/light blue combination would have been better

I would've posted it, but Boston's just using the same kits as last season... well other than the away jersey getting a blue color which looks stupid.
Alright, so we're less than 5 days from the start of the season and we still don't know what the majority of teams' jerseys will be for this season... let alone are able to purchase them. I feel like this is the latest ever we've been with so many teams kits unannounced. I guess if you keep eliminating the amount of time fans can purchase them before the season starts that keeps reducing the amount you can sell before the season starts, thus confirming that selling them before the season starts has no benefit... or something.
