His previous business experience includes stints with the New York Yankees, Bleacher Report and NBC Sports. He received his Master's in Sport Management from St. John's University and his Bachelor's in Mathematics & Computer Science from SUNY Purchase. This past year, Blaise served as the Score Bug Operator for NBC Sports' Premier League broadcasts, the Statistician for the Rio Olympic soccer broadcasts, and volunteered at Copa America Centenario. Blaise also went to Europe to attend Champions League, Europa League, and World Cup Qualifying matches this fall. He also represented St. John's University at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. Blaise played soccer collegiately at SUNY Purchase, garnering 1st-team All-Skyline Conference honors at forward. He also played semi-professionally with the Cape Coral Hurricanes and Mohawk Valley United of the NPSL.
And from left field Mark Pulisic, former Borussia Dortmond academy coach, and father of Christian Pulisic has joined the Rhinos as an assistant coach. It turns out that Pulisic and Lilly are former player from the same team and good friends. Espn picked up the article as well.

Two more signings for the Rhinos: Jalen Brown a former Xavier University product he plays on the wing and was drafted in the 2nd round of the MLS draft. Kyle Morton a former James Madison University keeper has signed with the club.
