Some crazy GOP state representative from my district wants to split Washington state and create a new state on the east side called "Liberty." This probably will never happen, but there's plenty of support for it where I live, which is a Republican area mostly. They will have a meeting in the City Council about this issue in January. Same old crap about Seattle dominating everything and raising taxes on everyone, bla bla bla. If the east side becomes a state, it'll be one of the poorest in the nation and wouldn't be able to support itself without the tax base from the wealthy Seattle metropolitan area. I want to move!!!

Trump's latest comment on that was it was some "radical islamic person hurting good christian people " when in reality im pretty sure it was some polish guy who lost control of his truck.

I wonder what it'll take for his followers to realize that he played them the entire time. He promised them a perfect world: more jobs, more money, lower taxes, great healthcare, a better military, no illegal immigrants, budget surpluses, a great America. None of that will come to fruition.
Kind of interesting, so many now are claiming that they never believed he would do any of those things but voted for him anyway. Either they're lying because they don't want to sound like they got duped or his racism is what really attracted them to Trump (which almost none want to admit).
