Has the attendance for the Swope Park matches been disappointing to ownership, and what is the experience trying to watch games in Swope Park? I hope to attend matches in August and can I buy tickets at the gate? I have no desire to get them off line at Ticketmaster.
I believe tickets would be available at the gate for all upcoming match's. As far as the owners approval/disappointment levels, I wouldn't' venture to guess, but I don't think they're drastically upset or happy. This is probably what should have been expected (maybe a little better) compared to most MLS2 teams. They're falling in the middle of the pack which is all they could expect. I think the game day atmosphere could be improved and likely will over time, but so far I haven't heard many complaints about people attending. Hoping that my kids sports will slow down a bit in the next month or two so I can get to a game though with them!
I know that friendlies don't count toward official attendance numbers, but today marks the first ever "sell out" for FC Cincinnati at 35,061. Impressive aspect is not even have to count on walk ups. I hope these folks come back for league matches.
MLS is the goal, I'd say 2022/2023 is possible depending on MLS demands in regards to stadium. We play in a nice and recently renovated location, but we do not own it.
7/15 4,776 in Tulsa ***Didn't look like that many in the stadium, but was more than lately since the President's Cup was in town.
There's no way they had 4776. It's a ton of unused season tickets that won't be there next year. Attendance was probably 3,000ish with that tournament in town.
I can actually confirm the Tulsa attendance was 4771 because I have five unused season tickets that I sure as hell didn't use last night.

Nice image, but it's worth noting, MiLB teams are already approaching 50 home games played this season... Their averages are across many more games. Also, this is only accounting for AAA teams, I'm sure there's some AA or maybe even a single A team out there putting up numbers that would crack the list on the right.
