Brasil has become a joke. They toss Dunga out over his methods only to bring him back so he can repeat the fiasco.

And I'm not sure a team becomes a B team simply by removing Silva and Neymar. Unless you mean to say they are a 1 man team.

I was actually surprised to see Hector in the starting XI. Expected Hummels/Tah to partner with Boateng in CB with Howedes as LB and Mustafi at RB. Gotze was anonymous for the entire game.

There's been plenty of those who disagree - multiple waves of emigration as a result, endless loss of intellectual and cultural cream of the crop that's a godsend to whatever country gives them shelter. But disagreeing goes against the slave mentality still present in the masses. Russians have been legally slaves to Russians for centuries until mid-1800's, for generations without exit clause. It's engrained in their DNA. And when slaves become kings overnight, they oppress other slaves with abandon, as we know.

Nolito is a one trick pony. No idea what he is doing in that Spain selection, let alone the starting XI.

I would say this. English fans fought the police and French fans for 3 days, before Russians stepped in and kicked some ass. Sorry that it had to come to that, but Brits are not the model fans by any means.

I don't understand, why German and Ukrainian fans fought each other? I thought, Ukrainian fans should be in good terms with the rest of the Europe, outside of Russia and Serbia.

Where are you reading this? Germans generally don't get passionate about their NT the way the English do.

Spain has the same problems they had in the WC - inability to cut through an organized back line & lack of а goal scorer. Cannot say much about their defense as the Czech were far too passive to determine if they have taken notes in that regard. Not including Alcacer (who was their main goalscorer in the qualifications) will prove costly. With the current options they have the most logical choice would be Aduriz. I am still not sure what Nolito is doing there, looks totally out of his depth.

C'mon. Legaly slaves, really? Krepostnoe pravo was a form of feudalism that was the status quo in Europe for many centuries. I kind of take an offense when you say something must be in DNA.

It's part of my DNA as well. I'm not obsessed with my bloodline and am not offended in the least.

Some shocking football displays in this Euro. Not a single team has truely impressed me so far.

The finishing in this tournament has been lackluster. The organisation of defences in the national teams has notably increased however.

Lukaku demonstrated yet again why he shouldn't be on BVB's transfer list. His first touch is very poor, and it limits his game a lot. Origi has done more in ten minutes than Lukaku did in 60.

Also, screw the Italians. They've played extraordinarily dirty in this game.

Agreed, but those yellow cards should hopefully take their toll sooner or later. Their strikers look underwhelming, wonder how far they could go despite that.

Why? I think you got used to BVB playing excellent football. The reality is that the quality of intl football is generally very poor unless you're watching the Juve defence or the Barça midfield playing for Italy and Spain.

Look at Belgium. Look at Croatia. England, France etc. Just not impressive enough for me. Hopefully some of them will grow in the tournament.

I doubt it. I've never seen a intl team play like a club team. It's just not possible. The only exception was Barça because del Bosque allowed the midfield to play like Barça.

They are known to play dirty. What amazes me about Italy is that they manage to reach far in Int. competitions (with 1 exception in the 2010 WC) in spite of having a somewhat lackluster squad (as of late) compared to the likes of Germany or Spain for example.

The DFB has launched a complaint against UEFA for filming Löw according to goal.com.

Are they fücking kidding? The guy sniffs his hands after stuffing it into his pants, front and back, on the 2nd largest football event and it's the camera man's fault?!!
