Can someone clarify this for us please http://www.transfermarkt.de/hakim-z...nd-/thread/forum/154/thread_id/1017096/page/2
it reports that BVB scouts (along with a host of other teams) were present at the game to watch Hakim Ziyech...looking at other posts, it appears as though BVB have tabled an offer of 15 M euros.
hsv has put a 10m offer for ziyech bvb has put 15m .. gueierrero bid is confirmed by lorient boss they want 12m, bvb will bid 10m mostly and get him, he is confirmed signing almost a done deal for bvb his stats are 41 games 3 goals 2 assists .. plays as a lb lm lw ..
hakim ziyech seems to be a good player with 17 goals and 12 assists in 34 games .. but eredivisie is pretty easy compared to top 3 leagues .. other players like deepay altidore who were brilliant in eredivisie has failed in epl but then we also have other great players who have succeeded like suarez, bergkamp ..
If we manage to nab Ziyech as well then wow, we really have a good setup for the future. Pulisic mentioned in an interview how Miki in particular has been very helpful to learn how to move in the final third from, and I see a lot of similarity in their game and I think puli will grow in to a mold similar to Miki. Dembele looks like a great Reus/Auba clone and could develope either in the wing or up top. Ziyech could turn in to a great 10 to play in between them.
I don't think any US player had a such a good early start in Europe, since John O'Brien in his Ajax days.
Apparently Ziyech really carried a team that wasn't particularly good around him. So while it's important to remember the league those stats were put up in, one shouldn't ignore the talent he showed. His clever passing & ability to hold onto the ball under pressure (& in tight spaces) should fit TT's style of play very nicely. I like a lot of those names that are being mentioned for you, as all of RiRo, Ziyech, Zinchenko & Mor seem like talents that should thrive under Tuchel's guidance. And if Miki is staying your midfield & attack would seem set by that sort of a haul; as Ziyech & Miki could play together in front of Weigl, with Sahin, Castro, Merino, Pulisic & Zinchenko providing depth.
Allofs über Schürrle und Dortmund: "Es gibt keinerlei Hinweise darauf, dass Dortmund Interesse hat." Allofs says there is no indication that Dortmund has interest in Schurrle. Well at least Allofs is good for something.
My optimistic guess is that Gotze is trying to engineer a move back to BVB but cheap ass Aki doesn't want to pay 25M. So when Bayern are desperate BVB will pitch a low ball offer and Bayern will have to concede.
I think this is likely to happen. Cos 10m salary plus 15-20m transfer fees for a guy who's probably going to sit on the bench On the other hand Götze beasts the euros and we have a new dynamics
Paraphrasing comments from Rummenigge in response to Götze's decision: - Götze was made clear what the club and the new coach think and Rummenigge supposedly has problems how to judge Götze's comments to give it another try in Munich. - "Mario had talks with the club and Ancelotti. He knows the club's point of view." - He also said Götze has to decide for himself how much he values regular playing time So it seems he isn't wanted their anymore, neither by the club nor the coach. And I think that is putting it mildly. Rummenigge tried to be as diplomatic as possible and I don't want to make too much ouf of it, but this is pretty close to showing someone the door. Maybe Götze just wanted to put this story to rest to concentrate on the Euro. But then Rummenigge's comments unnecessarily opened the door for all the transfer speculations again which would indicate Bayern wants him gone this transfer season. Who knows whether Slobbie really wants to try it for another year or whether he wants to strenghten his own position and as a consequence also weaken the club's position for possible transfer negotiations. This back and forth is getting confusing.
Its pretty absurd that he's repeating the same mistake all over again, even when Bayern literally is screaming at him to "LEAVE".
I wonder if Bayern weren't ready to announce his departure with another incoming player and this just ********ed it all up for them. Harsh words from Kalle.
Ok, here is something that bothers me: you all list Pulisic as a winger. True, in Bundesliga he played as a winger in every match he played. But he has played as a 10 at a US youth national teams as well as at Borussia u19 team. Has someone any idea why he plays as a winger at first team although he has played all his junior career as a 10? Which position is his future?
I think his pace/acceleration and 1v1 skills are further along than his passing vision and decision making at this point, not to say that that he's not gifted in the latter. We saw this again tonight in the US-Ecuador friendly when he jumped in and immediately shifted the balance on the left flank - when playing for a senior side (club/NT), making the game simple allows him to contribute at a high level. When playing a possession-based style a la Tuchel, Kagawa has more aptitude and experience playing the central role, especially under the current system where it takes on the buildup and defensive responsibilities of a #8 as well. At the junior NT and BVB U19 levels, it was simply the case that he was far and away the best player on the pitch technically and creatively, so it may have made sense just to stick him in the playmaker role.
am i the only one here who detest the lack of german player that BVB will sign? tuchel speaks easier to one who understand german, same-nation player tend to build connection, which will help at NT. and personally, i also want us to contribute more players to germany NT than B04 or BMG. i just don't want BVB turning into like those EPL (minus leicester/spurs) teams which english player can be counted by one hand.
Meh, not if it means going after the likes of Schürrle or Toprak just because they're German. If you speak another European language basic German isn't that hard to pick up, and having an open, social personality goes a long way. I've never heard Auba or Kagawa speak German and they've had little trouble developing a strong personal rapport with their teammates. Everyone speaks English to some degree anyway.
