The interest from Liverpool is real and if he has more games like that there will be even more teams after him. The board need to get this deal done before the Euros. Countinho would be much more expensive than Gotze and doesn't have his potential. The board need to make sure they get Gotze, because the only other alternatives that can reach his level are James Rodriguez and Mesut Ozil. Both of them are very, very unlikely to come and would cost twice as much. Isco is the next best, but he is likely to go to City and for me doesn't have Gotze's potential. The only other player is Meyer and Schalke won't sell him. Sign Gotze, keep Hummels/Mkhitaryan and sign a good Gundogan replacement and this team would only be better than any in the world except Bayern and Barcelona. Fail to do so and key players will leave taking the club several years back.
Really, he speaks Portuguese. He was the translator for Shakhtar's coach and Brazilians The question is, how come Coutinho does not speak English, after being in Liverpool for 3 years?
Sure the beginning is because you have to learn prepositions, cases and articles but after that it is relatively smooth sailing for anybody who has a decent grasp of English or Niederländisch. Mastering English is much more difficult than German. English has way more tenses, phrases and exceptions. Of course romance languages are easier in comparison. But I found Arabic way more annoyingly difficult.
I am not sure, I have seen him say simple things in German. Lucky for him the majority of the squad speak English or Spanish. I have always thought German was easy to learn. I don't speak it, but learnt it and did well quite easily at school. I have never had to learn English as a foreign language, but I always assumed it was hard, because as you said there were so many exceptions and words are not pronounced the way they are spelt. Funnily enough most non native English speakers have always said they found it easy to pick up, but I wonder if that is more due to them being bombarded with English( American) music, TV shows and tourist that won't learn the local language.
When I was in Koln two years ago I fell back in love with Kolsch. For the most part I hate Canadian/North American beer (other than some of the craft beers).
Goetze is desperate just to get out of Munich, so unless he's willing to commit to saying "Dortmund or bust" and willing to stay another year at Bayern to come to Dortmund, Bayern will be in the driver's seat as to where he goes or does not go. Obviously they'd rather not sell to Dortmund and would probably be much more receptive to a Liverpool inquiry. I don't see Mario as screwing us so much as being in a tough situation at this point.
Bild: BVB keen on Süle, who'd cost €15m. Subotic replacement or bvb planning future without hummels ?
He can be brilliant, but also utterly exasperating. The links with Malli seemed to have cooled since January, but hasn't he been playing as a #10 for Mainz a lot this season? In that instance, could Götze feasibly just buy out the remaining year of his contract?
http://www.transfermarkt.de/bericht...-gehalts-plus-fur-mkhitaryan/view/news/230921 Greedy agents... I know this is part of their job but nevertheless...
Real Madrid will offer €70 million plus Alvaro Morata, who they plan to buy back from Juventus, to Borussia Dortmund for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
