Why? Because he is known to function in a top club where he is not the starter? Müller probably retires in Munich and Lewy has contract until 2019 (what means Bayern will not sell him before 2018 if he does not extend somewhen).
Madrid or Barca, maybe. Right now every single Premier League team is a noticeable step down from Bayern. They go to England for the money... Most of these Bayern duses have always been above that. Bastian left not for the money but because he didn't like playing for Pep Guardiola. I promise you that if Pep had left, Bastian would still be at Bayern.
In champions league bayern's definately above the EPL teams. I think the EPl is much more competetive than the Bundesliga though.
He is definitely Champions League quality. He established that long ago. He's getting minutes and scoring goals now. He's better off staying and letting Bayer plug in some holes around him. Build the team up.
To be a bench player? Just stay where he's at. Duse is getting minutes and has regained his poaching powers. Nothing wrong with becoming a Leverkusen legend.
Means little when it comes to the actual game. A depleted Chelsea beat a similar Bayern team in Munich three years ago in the CL final. Bastion leaving BM was both because of Pep and the fact that his time as a regular team member was in doubt due to his age and injury problems.
It does seem that, for contractual reasons, it would be more difficult for Bayern to go after Aubameyang, who's been on a ridiculous tear for an even longer period of time than Cheech. Who knows, then? Maybe there is a chance of our boy signing with them. Nevertheless, I agree with Kaney too that when something ain't broke, you ought not to try to fix it, and he's certainly got a good thing going with Leverkusen.
Anyone here understand German? http://www.bundesliga.de/de/bundesliga-tv/bundesliga-tv_390583.jsp His teammates talking about him
They have a version in English. They said he finds himself at the right place at the right time (paraphrasing)
Again, why? There is nothing wrong with Europa League. People were mad when he wasn't getting minutes at Madrid or Man U with all of the matches they play but all of a sudden want him to leave Leverkusen if they don't qualify for Champions League (which they do most years). No mamen.
This is the exception and not the rule. Barca, Madrid are the best teams in Europe, period. Bayern and Juve aren't that far behind. The top 4 in the Premier league are a step behind... It was Pep, breh.
Bayer have a really young team with some of Germany's best prospects, they have a nice little project going on. It would be a mistake if Cheech left.
I don't think I was referring to you. At least not intentionally. I bet I can find a few duses over the last few pages saying how he should go back to a Champions League team because he was lighting it up at Bayer.
Make no mistake though.. there will be teams interested *cough bayern cough*. Not saying he should/will take the offer.
