I know I don't but he's not gonna get any burn in these games as I fully expect Guzan to be playing heavy minutes to be prepared for the gold cup.
He plays in mexico. He has to compete everyday for his job. He can't go to the grocery store without the fans bugging him. Blah blah blah.
Goff tweeted that he expects the 22-man roster out today at some point... 605086087090978817 is not a valid tweet id
Random question, but is Darlington Nagbe available for a call up? Did he get citizenship with his marriage?
Klnsmann releases rosters after last game is played prior to the freindly because that way if somebody is injured and has to be replaced he doesn't have to take the phone calls and read the discussion. Other managers don't care because they were born with 2........um.....never mind...
Would love to see JK call in the big 6'5" forward playing in Bulgaria. Much rather would have him on the roster (and it's much more justifiable) than Ibarra.
Ibarra is mostly about his supposed beef with the MLS. What will be interesting to see is if Ibarra is dropped once his squad officially becomes an MLS side. That will be the nail in the coffin.
It is a waste of a spot but I'm interested in seeing if it's purely on beef with the MLS or if it's just a lack of being able to judge talent. I personally think it's the latter.
