I'll take it!! Momentary lapse of concentration forced the guys to play for another 30 minutes. Fortunately it didn't end up costing us the game. Another fortunate thing, our opponents for Sundays game just played 120 minutes and a man down for the last 20 min. Woo!

Well.. He clearly never saw one of the games I reffed as a youth soccer ref.. Now that was some horrible refereeing.
For those that didn't see it. Alonso Ninja kicked the ball into the back of the net on the first goal. The side angle showed it was a pretty tight
Yeah.. I can only assume that when he made the comment he hadn't seen the tackle. I'm not sure what league that tackle wouldn't have been a justifiable red..
Because that field is used and abused on a weekly basis. In order to keep it in "MLS" quality, they'd basically have to replace it every year.
