That's the rumor going around. Supposedly the new FIFA rules state it clearly that, yes, teams must use single color kits in the World Cup. I hope it's not true, but after seeing the new Germany and Argentina kits having white shorts that might be true. Several other teams have released single color kits.

A sponsor? No. International shirts do not have sponsors on them unless they are training tops or Ireland fan versions.
