I had no charges and can now confirm I was unsuccessful for all 7 conditional ticket requests (group stage through final) in an Argentina PMA application.

 

Is the PMA portal down for everyone?

 

No, it`s working for me. But I get German language in the Dutch portal.

I should have specified but I was specifically referring to the USA portal, still down for me.

Anyone else been undercharged?

I have been allocated 'same as requested' in all my applications, but the amount they have taken - $906, is short of the $1086 that the applications total. (180+180+242+484).

 

Finally confirmed my Croatian PMA request for Brazil - Croatia was unsuccessful. The same result also for all of my friends request (5 of them). So, 0% from 6 requests, although, according to number of requests and tickets availability, the probability should have been 57%. I guess it was not the lottery - our FA had some undeclared priority list. Suppose to be naïve to expect transparency here.....

 

Same here..and the portal was in german language too for some reason. It also says the next opporutinty to purchase tickets will be April 15?! Guess will invest the money not spent into a new tv

It allows me to enter my info but my account page won't load. Hope it isn't related to the discrepancy in tickets won vs amount charged.

 

I have a discrepancy also (see a few posts above), but have been able to log in fine.

 

Been told we have been successful for 2 x category 3 England v Costa Rica and England v Uruguay, yet have only been charged half the amount (180). Anyone else found out yet why these discrepancies are there?

I was undercharged as well. Said I got same as requested for USA Ghana and USA Germany but I only got charged for my knockout round tickets.

 

FIFA sending out confirmation emails with success or failure in the random draws right now.

 

So so so many entries between me and my friends, not 1 win in two lotteries.

 

Is there a possibility of it being a duplicate application for everyone that has been undercharged? Surely wouldn't be listed as successful in that case.

 

Could I ask the forum for clarification. My PMA account says my US-Por and US-Ger requests were successful but I only got charged on my Visa for my conditional Round of 16 & Quarterfinal matches. The two group games have a note "Tickets will not be delivered". Can I assume that I did not get the group match tickets? No other charges have hit my Visa card. Thanks!

 

that would be great if someone with alot of knowledge of the FCFS to do a definite guide for ticket newbs like myself. (in terms of refreshing queue, how early to sign in, availability of tickets for specific matches, etc)

 

yeah the frustration hit me right when I realized I didn't have tickets as well to the point of not wanting to go.... however i am booked up completely(except game tickets) and asked off at work! hang in there! FCFS might be good to you!

 

OK some news for PMA's that were declined due to new credit cards being issued. When you go onto your PMA account you have a chance to pay with a different card - providing it is a VISA. It works like a charm and you do it online. Big relief for our group.

 

I had a charge on my credit card that showed up Saturday. I then signed on to my ticketing account on my phone and tried signing in to my PMA account. My signal was not strong so I got to a computer about 20 minutes later. I signed on a few minutes ago and the link to view PMA's is now gone. Is anyone else missing the link when they click on "my ticketing account" on the Fifa website?

 

I also have the tickets will not be delivered option next to my cat1 ticket I haven't yet been charged for. Thing is I didn't request for my tickets to be delivered...

Edit - the Cat1 ticket that "will not be delivered" and doesn't look to have been charged is the only ticket out of my 4 that was successful as requested. Wonder if there's anything behind that?
