If they split results (as they did in R. of 16 last season - Barca advanced on goal difference), it is a good result for AC. Group winner is going to be decided by how many goals they pound on Celtic and Ajax. Barca had a very average record last season though (5W-3D-5L). They are a strong candidate but not unbeatable as you seem to portrait them.
Milan matches up well with Barca. Especially with Balotelli eligible to play with them this year compared to last season when he was tournament tied to Man City.
