Well there are no shows on Thursday/Friday on ESPN2 due to the LLWS however there will be ESPN FC shows on those days. They will be shown on ESPNNews from 6:30 pm ET to 7:00 pm ET.

Would have been nice if they would have promoted that on either edition of the show this afternoon. All we got was Max signing off at the end by saying we will see you on Thursday. So I had to go look-up what time and what channel they would be on. ESPNFC gets a yellow card there.

    ESPNFC on TV - Monday, August 19 - Friday, August 23 -

ESPN2 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 5:30 pm ET to 6:00 pm ET.
ESPN News - Wednesday - 11:00 pm ET to 12:00 am ET.

No Wednesday show on ESPN2 due to coverage of Leg #1 of the SuperCopa Final - Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona - from 4:55 pm ET to 7:00 pm ET. Too bad NFL LIVE has to be an "hour" long (well 55 mins in this case) program. It could have ended at 4:30 pm ET and then have ESPN FC run from 4:30 pm ET to 4:55 pm ET as a lead-in to the soccer match.

ESPN FC on TV - Monday, August 26 - Friday, August 30 -

ESPN2 - Monday, August 23 - 12:00 am ET to 1:00 am ET. ESPN2 is showing a MLS match - Seattle vs Portland - before it - 10:00 pm ET to 12:00 am ET - so the start time of the program may be delayed some.

ESPN News - Monday-Friday - 6:00 pm ET to 6:30 pm ET. No ESPN FC on ESPN2 that week due to daily cover of the US Open (Tennis) - 1:00 pm ET to 11:00 pm ET. Sucks for the people - who don't get ESPN News - that there isn't a repeat showing of the program on ESPN2 - even if it has to be shown like at 2:30 am ET the following day. The 6:00 pm ET start time is due to ESPN News showing a hour of SportsCenter from 5:00 pm ET to 6:00 pm ET.

Actually, it might not have been able to be cut down to a half hour as ESPN is contractually obligated to air a very large amount of NFL programming. Also, it's tough to complain that ESPN won't air a studio show when they are airing a full match instead.

Updates/Corrections: 1) Due to rain delays/long matches in ESPN2 tennis coverage on Thursday afternoon that was scheduled for 1:00 pm ET to 5:00 pm ET, ESPN FC wasn't shown until 6:03 pm ET. Unfortunately yours truly wasn't home to watch it LIVE and thus had to record it and since I record programs via the time clock - I recorded ESPN2 from 5:28 pm ET to 6:02 pm ET - I missed the whole show. Crud! They need to get this show repeated on ESPN News or online either via ESPNFC.com or WatchESPN.com etc.

    2) Fridays edition of ESPN FC will not be shown on ESPN2 at 5:30 pm ET due to NASCAR Sprint Cup Qualifying - 5:30 pm ET to 7:00 pm ET. ESPN FC will be shown on ESPN2 at 1:00 am ET-Saturday morning as the lead-in to taped coverage of the Fútbol de México: Liga Bbva Bancomer match - Queretaro vs Chivas de Guadalajara - 1:30 am ET to 3:00 am ET.

Note: I've seen some online schedules showing the soccer match to be on from 1:00 am ET to 3:00 am ET with one of them listing ESPN FC for 3:00 am ET to 3;30 am ET. Just to be on the safe side, I would just record ESPN2 from 1:00 am ET to at least 4:00 am ET to make sure you at least get ESPN FC recorded.

    3) Opps! I listed Wednesdays ESPN FC as being on for an hour - it was only on for a half-hour. Well at least in this case if you had to record the show and recorded it from 11:00 pm ET to 12:00 am ET, you got the whole show. Too bad I didn't post that time mistake for Thursdays show! Or at least predicted that there would be tennis rain delays and/or long tennis matches thus delaying the showing of ESPN FC until 6:03 pm ET! LOL!

    4) Simple correcton here - its supposed to be Monday, August 26 not Monday, August 23.

Correction: The Fútbol de México: Liga Bbva Bancomer match - Queretaro vs Chivas de Guadalajara - will be shown on ESPN2 from 1:30 am ET to 3:30 am ET. Not from 1:30 am ET to 3:00 am ET. ESPN FC will be shown from 1:00 am ET to 1:30 am ET. So there will be a 2 1/2 hour block of soccer programs on ESPN2 on Saturday from 1:00 am ET to 3:30 am ET.

Well the start of the Monday, August 26 edition of ESPN FC is definiately going to be delayed some as the second half of the Seattle-Portland match just kicked off and its 11:15 pm ET. My guess they will take a commercial break once the game ends (which will be around 12:07 am ET - must add some injury time etc) come back and wrap things up so my guess the show won't start until 12:11 am ET or so. Now will they just shorten the show so it ends at 1:00 am ET? or will they indeed go the full 60 minutes and have it go past 1:00 am ET?

Update: The Monday, August 26 - 60 minute - edition of ESPN FC started at 12:12 am ET and according to Adrian Healey it will indeed be a 60 minute show so it should end at 1:12 am ET.

The 30 minute editions of ESPN FC this week - Monday, August 26-Friday, August 30 - will be shown on ESPN News from 6:00 pm ET to 6:30 pm ET. They won't be on ESPN2 due to coverage of the US Open Tennis Tournament-1:00 pm ET-11:00 pm ET.

ESPN FC returns to ESPN2 on Sunday, September 1 with the 60 minute edition from 11:30 pm ET to 12:30 am ET. Although the start of ESPN FC may be delayed due to a MLB game - New York Mets at Washington Nationals - thats is scheduled to be shown on ESPN2 earlier that evening from 8:00 pm ET to 11:00 pm ET. A 30 minute edition of SportsCenter is currently scheduled to be shown after the baseball ends and before ESPN FC starts - 11:00 pm ET-11:30 pm ET. ESPN is showing a NASCAR race next Sunday evening which is why Sunday Night Baseball is on ESPN2.

Then next week - Monday, September 2-Friday, September 6 - ESPN FC returns to ESPN News. On Labor Day, theres a special edition of Numbers Never Lie being shown on ESPN News from 6:00 pm ET to 7:00 pm ET so thats days edition of ESPN FC will be on ESPN News from 11:00 pm ET to 11:30 pm ET. The Tuesday-Friday editions of ESPN FC on ESPN News will be shown from 6:30 pm ET to 7:00 pm ET not 6:00 pm ET to 6:30 pm ET like this week.

ESPN2 is showing the following events in the 5:30 pm ET to 6:00 pm ET time slot that week - Monday-US Nationals-Drag Racing. Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-US Open Tennis Tournament. Friday-NASCAR Sprint Cup Qualifying. Thats why no ESPN FC on ESPN2.

I was going to wait and post that info some time this week or next week - sigh

    ESPN/ESPN2 Soccer Schedule - Tuesday, Sept 10.
    ESPN FC - 5:30 pm ET-7:00 pm ET - ESPN2.
United States World Cup Soccer Qualifier Pre-Match Show - 7:00 pm ET-8:00 pm ET - ESPN.
World Cup Qualifier: United States vs Mexico - 8:00 pm ET-10:00 pm ET - ESPN.

Update: While promoting that the next edition of ESPN FC will be on ESPN News at 6:00 pm ET on Monday - (no mention that being the same channel/same starting time for the rest of the shows this week) - it was also mentioned you can watch the show - LIVE only - via WatchESPN.com. So thats good news for people who don't get ESPN News as they will be able to follow the show the next couple of weeks online. Bad news is that they will have to be home to watch it as the show isn't saved for later viewing at least via WatchESPN.com

what am I missing? I don't get espnnews and only can stream espn3, not watchespn so the Mexico game and espnfc aren't available.

There are now exclusive events for watchespn which means basically if a match is on an espn channel you can't watch it on espn3 like before.

I don't understand the difference between watch and 3? why are they limiting things? Aren't they getting ratings on the website anyway?

WatchESPN: Simulcast. For example, the Miami-Florida college football game Saturday will be on ESPN and WatchESPN.

ESPN3: Online-only. For example, the FIBA Americas basketball tournament isn't airing on an ESPN network so it appears on ESPN3.

I got my DVR to record ESPN FC automatically and up to now have not been impressed, but am just now watching a 1hr episode recorded last night. It seems to have started right after the Mexico game and while the US were still playing. Was very impressed with this episode; with highlights, analysis and guys they talked to in the various parts of this world! Hopefully this show will get better and better! This means seeing less of Gabriele Marcotti (who has lots of knowledge but zero charisma)

ESPN FC Schedule - Monday, September 16 - Saturday, September 28.

    Monday, September 16 - 12:30 am ET-1:30 am ET - ESPN2.
    (Replay - Monday, September 16 - 8:00 am ET-9:00 am ET - ESPN News.)

    Monday, September 16 - Friday, September 20 - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET - ESPN2.
    (Replay - Tuesday, September 17 - Friday, September 20 - 8:00 am ET-8:30 am ET.
    Saturday, September 21 - 7:00 am ET-7:30 am ET - ESPN News.)

    Monday, September 23 - 12:30 am ET-1:30 am ET - ESPN2.
    (Replay - Monday, September 23 - 8:00 am ET-9:00 am ET - ESPN News.)

    Monday, September 23 - Friday, September 27 - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET - ESPN2.
    (Replay - Tuesday, September 24 - Friday, September 27 - 8:00 am ET-8:30 am ET.
    Saturday, September 28 - 7:00 am ET-7:30 am ET - ESPN News.)

Finally a set schedule! No having to see if the show will be on ESPN2 or ESPN News or at a different time like 6:30 pm ET. Also we now get a next day replay of every show on ESPN News.

The next two Sunday nights on ESPN2 have a set schedule: Baseball Tonight - 7:00 pm ET-8:00 pm ET. SportsCenter - 8:00 pm ET-8:30 pm ET. Taped NHRA Drag Racing - 8:30 pm ET-11:30 pm ET. NASCAR Now - 11:30 pm ET-12:30 am ET. So ESPN FC should start and end at the time listed above - Monday morning - 12:30 am ET-1:30 am ET. (Note: If you have to set your recorder ahead of time to record ESPN FC, I would still add at least an half-hour/hour to your end time just in case something goes wrong and ESPN FC starts late.)

I was checking out the TSN/TSN2 TV schedules on the TSN.ca website to see if they were showing this weekends Aussie Rules Football Grand Finale (Hawthorn vs. Fremantle) and saw that they are now showing ESPN FC. The program will be shown on TSN2 in Canada at the same time its on here in the United States - Monday-Friday - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET.

Unfortunately this weekends one hour edition of ESPN FC is not scheduled to be shown at all - either LIVE or on Tape Delay on TSN2. TSN2 instead is replaying the two Sunday Premier League matches. Stoke City vs Norwich City - 11:00 pm ET-1:00 am ET and Sunderland vs Liverpool - 1:00 am ET-3:00 am ET.

I notice that the Sunderland vs Liverpool match at that time is the second replay of the match with the first replay of the match being on Sunday evening - 7:00 pm ET-9:00 pm ET - also on TSN2. If its possible for TSN2 to do, I would scrap the second replay and show ESPN FC on a half-hour delay starting at 1:00 am ET. Then both the half-hour and one hour editions of ESPN FC will be shown on TSN2.

BTW: The Aussie Rules Football Grand Finale will be shown on TSN2 with coverage starting at 11:00 pm ET on Friday. (Fox Soccer Plus will be showing it here in the United States with coverage starting at 9:00 pm ET on Friday.) Coverage on both networks is scheduled to end at 4:00 am ET. (Go Hawthorn!)

ESPN FC Schedule - Monday, September 30 - Saturday, October 5

    (#1) Monday, September 30 - 12:30 am ET-1:30 am ET - ESPN2.
    (#2) (No Repeat - Monday, September 30 - 8:00 am ET-9:00 am ET - ESPN News)

    Tuesday, October 1-Thursday, October 3 - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET - ESPN2.
    (Repeat - Wednesday, October 2-Friday, October 4 - 8:00 am ET-8:30 am ET - ESPN News)

    (#3) Friday, October 4 - 7:00 pm ET-7:30 pm ET - ESPN News.
    (Repeat - Saturday, October 5 - 7:00 am ET-7:30 am ET - ESPN News.)

(#1) The one hour Sunday edition should be shown on time on ESPN2 - 12:30 am ET-1:30 am ET. However as always you should add a hour/hour and a half to the end time just in case something happens - ex: two weeks ago with the NASCAR race. You may want to add an hour/hour and a half to your end time anyway as the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Final (Spain vs Russia) is scheduled to be shown on ESPN2 - 1:30 am ET-2:30 am ET - after ESPN FC ends. If you don't wait to wait for the ESPN2 showing, you can watch a replay of the final right now via ESPN3.com (For your folks in Canada, you get a two hour show on CBC - 12:00 am ET-2:00 am ET - that includes coverage of the semifinals.)

(#2) There is no Monday morning replay of the one hour show this week on ESPN News. SportsCenter Top Ten (of September) and SportsNation: 44 Jeers Of September are scheduled to be on instead. So if you always record the ESPN News replay, your going to have to record the ESPN2 showing this week. There is good news though as the replay of the one hour edition does return next Monday morning - October 7.

(#3) There is no showing on ESPN2 on Friday, October 4 - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET - due to NASCAR Sprint Cup Qualifying coverage - 5:00 pm ET-6:30 pm ET.

Canada Update - Bad News? - you still don't get the one hour show - TSN2 is still showing replays of the Sunday morning Premier League matches from 11:00 pm ET to 3:00 am ET. You do get Mondays showing - 5:30 pm ET-6:00 pm ET. However for the rest of the week - Pardon The Interruption - is being shown in that time slot. So either your not getting the show anymore after Mondays show or your still getting the show and someone just forgot to update the TSN2 TV schedule on their website.

According to the TV schedules on both the ESPN ESPNMediazone.com websites - there will be a repeat showing of the one hour show - Monday, September 30 - 8:00 am ET-9:00 am ET - ESPN News. I would still record the ESPN2 showing though just in case the ESPN ESPNMediazone.com websites are wrong.
