Countries Where The "Premier League" Isn't The Top Level

    I just saw that in Malaysia the Super League is the top level and the Premier League is the second level.

    The same seemed to apply to Brunei as well:

    On the other hand, in Sweden, the "Super First" League (L2, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superettan) [​IMG] is one level lower than the top-level "All-Swedish" League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allsvenskan) [​IMG]:

    I suppose the most obvious would be the US. There simply isn't a Premier League.
