    the top College Premier Division:

    May 5th Quarterfinals:

Utah-St. Mary's should be an awesome game. I don't know how good Army are but Arkansas State are your best bet to win a road game. UCLA did well to make it this far but BYU will dismantle them. Same story with Penn State-Life. BYU should win it overall and they have a fantastic #8 Ryan Roundy that will almost certainly become an Eagle sometime in the near future, perhaps before the next World Cup.

Final will be at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah.

    the second-level I-AA Division:

Davenport (of Michigan, not Iowa) are your defending champions and should win again (one of the few schools to have rugby as a varsity sport). I'd say a Final 4 consisting of Davenport, Dartmouth, either UCSB or San Diego State, and either Tennessee or Florida. If there is a CPD next year (it's an open question at this point as rugby is aligning itself into more football-style conferences), Davenport should move up.

No Cal in either of these. They pulled out of the CPD and tried to get into I-AA, but as the season had already started they were disallowed there so were playing for fun. Team though is noticably down and from their scorelines they wouldn't have won the CPD anyway. They lost to Cal Poly with their 2nd string but were bring on 1st-stringers late in an attempt to salvage the game, won at Utah by 2 points, and lost to St. Mary's.

No word on any TV coverage. USA Rugby will probably have the Division I-AA games on their Ustream channel as they did last year. Last year the CPD semis and final were on ESPNU.
