Unbelievable penalty call. Puyol was fouling Nesta at the same time.

I hope for the sake of the referee and his safety he never comes to Italy.

You guys don't quite understand. UEFA and Barcelona are the same thing. I can't remember the last time I have seen Barca win a fair CL title. Mourinho called out Barca and UEFA on the suspicious calls and eveyrone disregarded him. But look at this sh*t. This is horirble. UEFAlona

He's been Milan's best player from what I saw, always on the ball. That was a weak penatly, just saw a replay. That sort of thing happens on every corner, and Puyol gave Nesta a shove before Nesta's check dove. Weak....

I realize the game is not over but seriously how as a player of Barca can you actually feel proud going through a tie in this way?

Milan's playing well they're creating openings they just need to be a little quicker on their passes in the final third. They've held out Barca well, Nesta is playing great BS penalty aside.

Terrible penalty one of the worst I've seen this season. The only time you can call a pk in a corner kick situation is if the player gets fouled right before making contact with the ball in a socring position. The ball wound up 15 feet away from Biscuits. You can't call that right when the kick is delivered.

Do not rely on gods or justice, for they will not help you. Against Barcelona, abandon ye all hope of justice. I fear Milan will go out of the UCL this year under similar circumstances when Chelsea went out in 2009. Yet another Dutch referee got involved in that game, I believe...

I would not be surprised if he calls a third penalty in the 2nd half.. just outrageous.. This BS with Barca needs to stop.

i thought it was a very harsh call. Busquet wasn't going to win the header anyways

no penalty called there on Ibra in the box, though it looked FAR more like one than the shirt-tugging

The difference is the Milan players don't swarm the ref like a bunch of school girls for the call.

that's the problem. If you play physical with them they start diving and complaining to the ref. They do this ALL the time against United, Madrid, Bayern etc..

This is the same ref who called Van Persie for a 2nd yellow for "time wasting" was it last year or the year before when Barca were on the verge of being eliminated by Arsenal. I believe Van Persie couldn't hear the whistle less than 7/10 of 1 second after the whistle for an offsides. Arsenal were in position to go through at this point in the 2nd half, this same Ref gives Rvp his 2nd yellow and Barca get to play 11 vs 10.

It was even worse than this insanity of a PK against Nesta. Did anyone see how Puyol set a pick on Nesta, then Bisquits the diver has a hold of Nesta's shirt. I don't think i have EVER seen a PK given on such a situation, nevertheless, the 2nd PK of the game.

I guess we have given it up, Pato unlikely to be risked.

It was a different ref but a virtually identical situation. Arsenal were ahead on aggregate and poised to go through when the ref intervenes to give Barcelona the advantage. Same thing has happened tonight. How about the "hand ball" from Robinho when the ball hits him in the chest from a few feet away? Ref just couldn't allow Milan to have a chance to score. Pathetic.
