Doubt it. No championships under his belt and a lack of Champions League or other international experience. I also would like to think he's smarter than taking it if offered.

I thought it was Man City that you hated more than any other team. For myself, it's Man United that I dislike most. Followed closely by Liverpool. I actually sort of like Chelsea ever since Mourinho left. And I root for Man City as my "3rd team", mainly because they seem to have the best chance of making Sir Alex eat humble pie.
He hasn't done enough, 10 years at a club, no trophies, Abramovich probably doesn't even know who he is.
Even though Everton hasn't won any trophies yet under Moyes, I'd say they have a pretty good chance of winning the FA Cup this season. And if that happens, a lot more experts will be touting Moyes for the Chelsea job. I happen to think you're being a bit tough on Moyes considering the lack of resources he has at Everton. The only teams more successful than Moyes' teams over that 10 year period having all have payrolls at least double that of Everton. And though we don't have any trophies (yet), Everton did manage to qualify for the Champions League one season, and qualified for the UEFA Cup 3 (or is it 4) seasons.
