Not unless they were throwing Nasri in there too so we could sell him to Chelsea and get more money. I consider him to be our best CB (just my opinion). So not unless they off 30+ for him would I let him go.

Not that there are many of us here but deadline day is going crazy. First, going out (or rumored to be): Leicester gets Beckford. Yakubu to Blackburn. And the one that scares me, Arsenal about to make a £10m offer for Arteta. Second, coming in: Rumor: Denis Stracqualursi on loan to Everton. Real Madrid's Royston Drenth to Everton.
Arsenal has pulled back their offer/interest on Arteta, so that's a bit of good news. Both the players that are supposedly coming in are supposedly at Merseyside currently.
Well Arteta has gone to Arsenal for £10 million. I'm not too fussed about him leaving. He was on £75,000 and by far our highest paid player. But over the past two seasons he hasn't done anything. He's our best player (when fully fit and when he's on form). But he just hasn't reached that level. He did in two games and then got injured. What I'm more pissed off about is that Everton now have £15 million in bank and the transfer window is shut. Typical.
