Interesting. By signing with an agent, someone has given up his NCAA eligibility in order to try out somewhere. So I guess someone won't be playing college ball this fall...

But then some guy will just head to Sweden, where they take not just folks from somewhere but from anywhere.

Unfortunately Some's great grandma is Native Brazilian while his aunt on Dad's side is in Iranian jail, what makes him eligible to play for both countries. He already said that Brazil would be his first choice, but he isn't sure about the second. Iranians supposedly already invited him to some camp and promised to show all the facilities.

Someone just told me that some guy is going to have problems getting a work permit to play for some club in England. He'll be playing somewhere else instead.

Of course, I can't reveal my sources.

If some of these guys would just check BigSoccer before going to England they wouldn't have this problem! Some players are getting lazier and lazier these days thinking they can play where ever they want.

Some fascinating stuff here on SG, but the following interested me the most and seems to support the work permit theory, almost verbatim:

"... some guy is going to have problems getting a work permit to play for some club in England. He'll be playing somewhere else instead."

Must spread rep to ImaPupppy for digging this one up.

I saw this guy and I'm not impressed.

He gets by on his size and athleticism and really wasn't positioned well in the net.He also screams at his defenders a lot,but doesn't do much to help in their organization.

I read on one of the QPR fan boards that some guy had a really impressive game for their U18s a couple weeks ago. Not sure if it's our some guy or some other some guy by the same name. Anyway, QPR needs a lot of help this season, so if it's him, I can only assume that he'll be starting for them by the end of the month.

Unless of course there are WP issues. But I think some guy has a grandparent from some EU country.

I dunno... a weekend goes by and some guy doesn't even get on the pitch (or does he?).

He should return to MLS. (naturally, to the LA Galaxy, who apparently have some salary cap space to indulge on some guy)

I know a guy who knows a guy who's sister's BFF is dating Somebody's teammate. Her BFF said she was at that game and she'd totally dump her boyfriend to date Somebody. Something about the way he handles the ball.

Unfortunately, no useful information about the game though...

This thread is about some guy. Please don't confuse the readership by talking about Somebody. He has his own thread, thanks.
