He may considering how badly pires did last game when he came in. If Bradley does play, it'll be only a little. Goal for wigan.

Ashley Young scored on a free kick, turned his back to the crowd and pointed at his name and shouted F OFF to Petrov and/or Collins. The guy has been mediocre this season but thinks he's a great player, it's clear he's gone in the summer.

It's 1-1 btw. Charles Insomnia scored the opener.

Heskey is on the verge of getting sent off because he won't stop complaining to the ref after a foul. He's lost his mind. Friedel came all the way across the field to try to calm him down. Watch him not get subbed and get sent off. That might be good for Bradley though.

Wow, foul by Wigan, ref plays the advantage, the pass hits the ref and it almost leads to a great chance for Wigan.

Wigan looking far more likely to score a 2nd. McAllister has made one sub so far- Albrighton on for Heskey at halftime. There are a lot of candidates to be subbed, as this has been a poor performance by Villa.

Bradley stays on the bench after only one sub. Ends 1-1. Villa can do no worse than tied for the last drop spot, but relegation has to be pretty unlikely here.

Even if they get 0 points vs Arsenal and Liverpool?

Wigan and Blackpool would have to win their two remaining games (including Blackpool away at Manchester United) and make up 9 or 10 goals of goal differential. Blackburn and Birmingham would also need good results to catch Aston Villa. They're safe.
