Finals week traditions: - Conference Teams for each age group usually named by now and All Academy Team named on Finals Night. Or did I miss the annoucement?
I've been waiting for that also. Doesn't seem to be anything up there yet. The coverage of finals week on ussoccer.com has been much better than I expected so maybe they are busy with that?

Thanks for providing the links all ....Some curioisitys: Could of sworn the Chivas kid De La Fuente was a forward where this awards list give him Defender of the Year honors(???) - Academy stats has him scoring 16 goals on the year. I guess a defender could score as many but I also recall him playing both forward/midfield when called up with the 20's at the Dallas Cup. But the U17/18 GK selection is also odd. I hadn't heard of this kid so did some digging - At the risk of being accused of critcizing this kid but he is a U15/16 Goalie from Mustang Academy! - on the last place Mustang U15/16 team I might add. In looking at the rosters - he never played up in a single game. His GAA is nothing spectacular. So we are to believe he is the best GK in the U17/18 age group? IMHO - a disservice to the other +100 GK playing U17-18 Academy.
Actually, the GK at Mustang played up on the U18 for virtually every game. He also played in a Select game in Florida. Not saying he is the best out there but he had a weak defense and midfield in front of him so he did have to block a lot of shots.
