Yah, Recoba was really good. Too bad Moratti/Inter ruined his career.

If there's one thing Inter are good at it is just that.

When he played for Inter on FK's I always thought he was either going to score, force the keeper to make a spectacular save or hit the woodwork, very rarely did the ball not reach the net even from 30+ meters. At least 3 times a year, I could say I saw him hit the woodwork. And his FK's from distance were well placed, not the Roberto Carlos 1 out of 9,000,000 kinds.

Sinisa and Juninho are probably the gold standard for FK takers over the last 15 years, but Recoba is top5 imo. At 4:15 of this video, this is as great placed a free kick from distance I've seen.

Ronaldo has had what... 5-6 free kicks in good position this game? I think we can all agree that Del Piero and Juninho would have scored from atleast one of them.

So you are going to blame Ronaldo for Julio Cesar having two good games? Ronaldo continually hit the target and made the keeper work. It is all you can ask from a set piece taker.

yeah, it would of been different if ronaldo had stopped trying but he continue to shoot the ball. julio cesar is having a great season btw.

another guy who is not the best yet but will be in 2 or 3 years is mauro zarate.

Anyone who includes Roberto Carlos and excludes Del Piero, and can't spell David Beckhams name, should not be allowed on the internet. Ever.

Explain why you have Roberto Carlos on there. He shouldn't be in any persons top 100. Let alone top five.

Gotta be Beckham, especially if you count performance under pressure.
