Ha, I post at another board which uses such archaic software that you have to manually copy and post to quote people and had forgotten you can do it automatically here...

Hey Sue, glad to see you're back, even if it's part time.

What are the chances that Phoenix signs Jared Jordan as a bacup point guard? The one game I saw him in over the summer was very impressive.

Hey, Matrim - A friend of mine just posted made-up "odds" of who would wind up being Nash's backup this season, and Jordan was only at 30-1. I have to say that's about accurate. He did okay on the Suns' Summer League team but certainly didn't blow people away.

Right now, the Suns seem to be in a holding pattern, still hoping they can get Dragic over from Europe. There is some hope among fans for Jason Williams, but he apparently has overseas offers that might price him out of the Suns' range. Another name being bandied about by fans is Blake Ahearn, a 3-pt sharpshooter who played 12 games with the Heat last season and showed well with the T-Wolves' Summer League team. But even he has choices.

It sucks having no money to spend.

Afer watching a few preseason games and seeing a show on the suns trainnig camp, I have a feeling Dragic will be gooood, especially learning under nash's wing for a few years. The guy looks like he has all the tools and is very young.
