I think yes. A perminant left back must be priority, either gain Clapham full time or get rid, or promote young Parker. I feel one more striker in on load would help things, our play is decoming one dimensional through tres and becks and we need more creativity a times. Maybe a young premiership loan star would do.
wisey has done a good job in the absence of Poyet but i think its clear to see he is being missed, we have lost and don't look as solid as a team.
Da Costa is getting into the swing of things but we need to start letting players know there poition is under threat before they get to comfortable. I'm thinking Huntington could come in and be useful.

I think we are already the class of League 1, but we need to keep pushing ahead and getting more talent. You can never have too much depth. Plus, if things continue the way they have been, we should begin planning for next season in the Championship.

Its a dead cert we will gain proimotion but there is no way that squad will servive in the Championship. More is needs all round. I would have no problem in recruiting some of the old boys, Harte, Mateo, Bridges to bolster up the defence and add depth.
Though wise has done a great job i felt the championship was too big for him last year and he was bullied. He needs a strong team. we need Khish, Clapham perminant and keep Thompson and Derry fit, with Douglas doing the running it is strong, i would like to see Da Costa and Huntington more involed they both look to have talent and can add alot. I forget we have Westlake, Prutton, Carole, Hughes, Flo, we need defensive cover for the full backs and thats it.

I think Wise is happy with Parker at left back, and there is Andy Hughes who can cover there. Clapham had to return to wolves because of the emergency loan rules. I have reservations about Parker, he has had 40 games of League One football with Bradford and didn't set the world alight, and lacks the pace that Clapham had, and played better imo when he switched inside to CB against Darlington.

Kishishev is staying, I can almost guarantee you that. If you sign a player on loan for a month, he is out injured for four weeks, he is sent back. Leeds have extended his loan to January. Thompson is into his last season, so hopefully he joins the coaching staff. Huntington is a decent player, he had a shocker against Hereford, up against the pace of Ainsworth, but I see him replacing Matt Heath, alongside Rui in defence. I wouldn't mind Matteo (scored a f*cking great goal, in the San Siro!" but Ian Harte is going too far.

Da Costa needs to get used to the fact that people are going to kick him around in this division and just get on with it. Against Bury he went looking for revenge and it cost us. Against Hereford we just weren't up for it, nobody cared and it showed. Ainsworth ran us ragged, Parker, Huntington and Howson had nightmares, but it will teach them.

Looking across the fan sites and rumour sites the recurring names seem to be Jon Harley (former Chelsea left-back, now of Burnley) and Sammy Moore (Ipswich youngster, think he's a forward).

Most important for me is the checklist of new contracts. Beckford, Kandol, Prutton, and the youngsters are done, just Rui Marques really to go. Hope he stays.

Forget about him, you'll never see him in a Leeds shirt again.

I think our squad would comfortably survive in the CCC, given the improvements in morale and the upward momentum. The players we have are proving themselves far too good for this division and the gap between CCC and L1's top and bottom teams respectively, isn't as great as people think. Look how well the promoted teams are doing. I'd put money on us to beat Scunthorpe or Blackpool, even Brizzle City, and they are doing pretty well, with far less money to spend than we have.

I think we'll be top by christmas, my only worry is that we rest on our laurels after wiping out the 15 points. Can't sleep tonight, so driving down to Cheltenham in a few hours is going to be interesting.
