The Biggest Pop Culture "Event" You Have Blown Off

I'm making up for my ten years without tv. My tv infrastructure is now worth more than my car.

 

I have a TV...but all I watch on it are fuzzy broacasts of MLS matches on Telefutura or Univision. While I don't really watch TV, I do try my best to keep abreast of what's popular and what the shows are generally about. It's always a big topic of conversation so I try to be as understanding and aware as possible, even if I never watch it.

I've never bothered to watch any of the Godfather movies.

Which shocks people considering the fact that I'm often in Sicily and of Sicilian heritage. But I don't make the connection that I'm supposed to watch those gangster movies because of that. I'll probably watch the first one eventually though only because apparently I've heard it's actually good. I've even been to Corleone, perhaps I'll recognize something since I heard part was filmed there or something.

 

Godfather part 2 is the one with Sicily in it

 

I would suggest you go back and watch the first one again.

 

You didn't miss anything - cold fish, all three.

I did not care for The Godfather. It insists apon itself.

Heroes on NBC. If things keep up GE will probably sell NBC to the highest bidder.

 

Forgot about Magic: The Gathering and WoW. Wasn't interested in either.
