I think 2 will stay up at least if not all 3. Teams like Le Mans, Nice, and Valenciennes are all living on borrowed time.
I am just going to be happy to see Caen play now in the 1st, its a pain following a 2nd tier team over here
I hope Caen stays. L1 experience can only be good for the likes of Costîl, Grandin, and Gouffran, though obviously with the first two they'll have to compete to start. I think Caen deserves it, too. Their centre de formation has produced some very good players.
Our team seems really weak on ligue 1 standard. Plus, the budget for next season is rather tight... (of course, Nancy does pretty well with the budget of an Albanese 3rd division team, but they're Lorrains so it doesn't count). Let's hope hard, though, because I'm getting sick of playing this, season after season :
I don't know enough about their ligue 2 performances to make a sound prediciton , but i would like Strasbourg and Caen to stay up.

Hard to tell. We know nothing but rumors, but the answer is pretty obvious : Papin wanted more money, both for himself and for the team. From what he said, he doesn't want to coach a lowly ligue 1 team, bravely fighting against relegation. Mister Papin wants big time soccer and is probably aiming at l'OM... ... where he'll last approximatively 3 weeks, like many others coaches there.
