It will be really interesting should scientists figure out how to tell which of us are in the 10% who are harmed by exercising.
Hahah very interesting I would love to be on the 10% also! What about a study telling that for some people, it's good for their health to eat chocolate all day !
It is very interesting and good to read it but seriously exercise is important for health so we should do exercise everyday for at least 8 hours.
I'm working from home and the aside from sleep the only thing that I do in my free time is helping my parents with the household chores (and that's daily house chores). But this year I'm taking a 15-minute exercise in my room per day and I'm hoping that I can do this continuously.
