since poland and czech republic did not qualify i am cheering for usa and netherlands this world cup. although i said i wouldn't mind seeing germany successful since they seem to be playing completely different football than i have been accustomed to the last 12 years or so. i especially like this newer generation of players germany has, especially Ozil. i have no problems with germany, you should know that i just simply don't cheer for them. if germany made it to the final, and it wasn't against the netherlands. i'd cheer for germany. plus, i said once US gets knocked out, i'd change my avatar to Cris's, the Dutch Burnt Chicken where the hell have you been the last few days lol

i obviously support poland and usa, but growing up i loved to watch the czech republic and netherlands, especially their epic matches in Euro2000 and 04. i loved watching guys like nedved, poborsky, jankulovski, koller, baros, rosicky, etc. and i loved watching guys like bergkamp, overmars, de boer, davids, seedorf, van nistelrooy, etc.

I know it seems like it would have been a win-win but honestly I would have been just as devastated if Bayern got eliminated by United or any other team. When it comes to CL, if Bayern and United ever meet I always cheer for Bayern. :)

We have only 2 losses? It seems like 4 or 5 at the moment.. As long as the results go our way in Wednesday, I have faith we can salvage something small this season.
