You seem to have good advice so I'm hoping I can pick your brain without clogging the boards. Do you mind? My girls play a 3-1-4-2 and I'm not overly familiar with it (as a defender I hate the idea of a 3 back system but I'm willing to go with this for now). Just a few questions if you are up for it. How do you deploy the "4" midfielders? Do you play positional (possession) or counterattacking? Why? Why did you pick this formation? Do the 3 defenders play zonal or man marking? How do you deploy your forwards?
